**Please Read Before Leaving a Negative Comment:**
Our intention with this video is not to insult anyone or boast about our wealth. Instead, we aim to encourage people to pause and reflect on their lives, even if just for a moment. In a world where RUclips is flooded with travel and self-development content, we chose a provocative thumbnail and title to ensure this message reaches more people.
We took a leap of faith with this approach, not because we've accumulated enough wealth to retire, but because we value the truly important things in life: health, time with family, and meaningful experiences. We understand that if we were living on minimum wage, this decision might not have been possible, and we're genuinely grateful for the hard work that allowed us to save and reach this point.
We respect your right to your own opinion, but we ask that our decisions and privacy be respected as well. If you disagree with our message or don't like the content, please feel free to skip over it rather than engage negatively. Sharing our personal journey was not an easy decision, and we hope you can show respect and understanding.
Thank you all for watching and for your kind, encouraging words!

Work is not life. Work is something we do to pay for things we need or want. Take a break however long you need / can. You might even get a new idea on where to take your life when you're not stressed out grinding in the rat race everyday. I've retired early this year at age 34 and some people call me crazy because I could stack up so much more money if I keep working. But I genuinely don't care and I don't care about material possessions. They're bothering me. I don't want a big house that needs a lot of care or a car. I don't care for fashion.

They're sensitive to sensing fear though so I usually just talk to them with a soft voice 🙏🏼

While I was married & had children my life was my career, it was backward. Upon hearing the news & knowing my end date, a year in advance, left me feeling numb. I went through the 7 stages of grief & then realized I have no control over what is happening & embraced my final months of employment, with joy, knowing, while my life would change, I would be better for it. I am now doing what I want to do, I am stress free & it is an amazing, freeing, peaceful, feeling. I’ve decided to do a little traveling & will visit S Korea April 2025. Life is short & if we lose site of what is important what have we lived for? Listening to your story made me realize I am not alone. For years I wanted to break free but was afraid, now I have no choice so I will embrace it. God’s got this, he will never lead us astray or give one more than they can handle.

All good but one is in need of pocket money to travel the world. Reminds me on my son who did exactly the same because he is an artist and artists are not interested in money. They live for their art and are much in need of inspiration. Thankfully he has parents to send the not so much needed money, every time he was in need. He made quite a living in Thailand working on a rice farm and he lived a few month in a Buddhist monastery. Right now he is in China, working 20 h a week. Longer work hours are not to his liking. He still thinks Singapore would be the next destination. Sometimes we have to pay for his flights back. If you are looking for someone who lives carefree and is never stressed out, he is the man. Advice from my point of view: Just do whatever suits you both best but stay independent from your parents.

Wow! This was a beautiful video! It takes a lot of courage to quit a high paying job. I can resonate 100%! I, too, had a career making multiple 6 figures. Doing 3-4 vacations a year. Traveled to 60 countries, I loved my job but not so much the people I had to deal with. The pressure, the stress, the corruption and back stabbing, lying, at the top I just couldn’t take it after almost 20 years. I almost died from all that stress and I became unhappy in that job. So I decided to create my own company and do what is soul fulfilling instead of soul destroying as I build back up my health. It hasn’t been easy but necessary. Stress kills. It isn’t worth it. You only have 1 life to live. The Universe will provide a way. Good luck guys.

Beautiful view! As a non-Korean we don’t face the same pressures while living in Korea and enjoy the easy access to the beautiful nature around Korea as you are doing now travelling the world, I feel that Koreans don’t understand the concept of slow down..even when backing into my parking spot they have to find a way to squeeze their car behind mine, and people beep on Sundays and rush around when most countries understand this is a day of rest, patience is a very weak point in Korea and the rat race seems to be towards extinction, once people realize these aspects maybe it will hit a tipping point towards change, for now you guys and other similar RUclipsrs are shedding light on this aspect of life in Korea as Koreans.

There are two types of people: those who live to work and those who work to live. In Brazil, people work to live, that is, to combine work with leisure and fun, working enough to earn money to support themselves and to pay for their fun, but without giving up their leisure time with family and friends. Brazilians don't give up having fun at parties, having barbecues with family and friends on weekends, going to the beaches, hiking in parks, etc., because this is Brazilian culture, our society is formed like this, this is the mentality of Brazilians and when the majority thinks like this it becomes easier, as others will not judge you if you choose not to sacrifice your life just by working. But I think this is possible here because we have strict labor laws, for example; 44 hours of work per week (8h/day of the week + 4h on Saturdays), it's prohibited to work more than 2 hours a day of overtime and companies are prohibited from disturbing their workers during their rest hours. In addition, we have 30 days of paid vacation per year and several national or regional days off due to national and regional festivities.
For many... success is happiness and not material possessions or being highlighted. Many foreigners who came to visit Brazil decided to live here permanently and many Brazilians decided to leave the country to live in Europe or the USA, that is, each one looking for their own happiness... and what makes one person happy may not bring happiness to others .

Hello, Sean and Jin (by the way this is how your names are captioned. If that's wrong please let me know). I understood what you meant about the tradition of parents deciding whom their children will marry and have seen in many Korean dramas, how their children are used for political or business connections. I am watching ENCOUNTER with Park Bo Gum and Song Hye Kyo.
This is one of the most extreme examples of using children to gain political positions that I have ever seen.
I hope that this somehow changes in the near future, to at least decreasing levels of interference and intrusion in the lives of couples who love each other and want to be married, but are forestalled and even forbidden by parents with these goals and ideas. I pray for the future of everyone who finds themselves in these situations. 🙏
