      No it’s not. The area outside the gate is disgusting with transients, prostitutes, homeless encampments everywhere and boarded up and abandoned business. It’s a ghetto. It’s like putting a silver saddle on a donkey.

      @@BW-kv9wj Yes, the area OUTSIDE the gates (especially the 101 freeway side) is rather pedestrian. But of course I’m referring to life INSIDE the gates. ......A new $4 million Bugatti Divo is delivered in a “pedestrian” wooden slat box, but of course the box is not important, it’s what’s inside that counts.

      @@eddieg6436 it’s the same as living in a beautiful gated community in Compton or Inglewood. As soon as you exit Hidden Hills to go to the store, get gas or whatever errands, you are risking your life.

      @@BW-kv9wj Yes, Woodland Hills is mere feet away from Hidden Hills, and while I have no desire to live in Woodland Hills, comparing it to Compton is like saying a Chrysler 300 sedan is basically a Bentley Silver Spur..........give me a break.

    Wow! This is amazing and you def COULD pay me to live there! I see hate in the comments but I will one day own a home in this community! Homelessness is in so many places, so to say that this area is in a ghetto is preposterous! I literally just moved from DTLA where I was in a loft that backed up to skid row. A lot of streets here in LA are getting pretty bad but Hidden Hills is far from ghetto my friends. I also lived in Woodland Hills, just a hop skip and a jump from Hidden Hills. No one man is gonna solve the homelessness crisis. It's gonna take the government to step in and for the ppl themselves to want and get help and sustain themselves as well. I've always had a heart for the homeless and have volunteered at shelters ect. I wonder how many critics here have actually done the work to try and help. Relax and enjoy the video! Thanks for uploading! Much love!!!

      you fell for the okey doke "downtown clean-up/safe place to live" hype and got caught up by skid row. wow. all non-implant Los Angelenos know moving downtown is a big NO-NO.

      @Tony McQueen First of all thank you so much for helping the homeless. I don't know where you live now but the homeless situation in Woodland Hills its cleaned up now they used to be under the bridge now its all clean. And I don't get how Calabasas is ghetto it's almost funny These people are so gone mentally. Hope you move to Calabasas soon!

    It’s too bad that this house is in a ghetto with homeless encampments littering the nearby streets outside the gate. Also, closed and boarded up businesses for miles from business owners who are fed up with the area and California so they abandoned the buildings and fled the state. You couldn’t pay me to live in that beautiful house. It’s too dangerous, filthy and disgusting in the immediate area. I do understand why the owner is selling it. I would too.

      That is very true, I would build this same home in Colorado, or in a better place then this. The realtor would never display the surrounding area, from the looks of it skid row is getting closer and closer do these so called high end communities.

    • @BW-kv9wj
      @BW-kv9wj 3 года назад

      @@mrt2734 That home is in the San Fernando Valley. Yeah, it looks nice inside the gated community but are people really going to spend the rest of their lives locked in that gated neighborhood? They have to leave the gated area to go to work or go to the store or whatever. That’s when they are at risk and taking their lives in their own hands. That area is as bad if not worse than Compton, Watts and Inglewood. And it’s already looking just like Skid Row outside those gates.

      @B W This house is in Calabasas how is Calabasas dangerous you can walk on the streets late hours Commons is a nice place to hang out, people come from all over to hang out and dine it has nice Restaurants kids are safe the movie theater is also at the Commons you see local kids with friends going to movies you also see elderly people just walking really late hours security is always there to assist you if you can't find your car I can go on and on. Just recently they have Tesla charging station at the Commons parking lot. Why don't you visit here and show me a bad or dangerous area in fact I'll give you a tour.
