Why should we repeat a word,a phrase or a sentence over and over?The answer is to make them clearer in our minds.The clearer,the longer to remember.I would like to suggest a method.Keeping their meanings in your minds and repeating them over and over will heip your tongue, lips and chin move more easily,more smothly, and then more naturally.So we finally reach a reflexive level which means we can understand them immediately without wasting time thinking about their meanings because they're already in your minds .
