Try making a shot of espresso, but put in a few sticks of cinnamon in the portafilter on top of the coffee puck. Flash chill that shot by pouring it in a glass bottle and slowly cooling it down by rinsing the bottle under running cold water while gradually shaking it. Literally the best cinnamon infused espresso I've ever had and made. It goes really well with milk, with or without sugar. It even tastes good without milk as an Americano.
You might as well just make brown sugar simple syrup and not worry about having to dissolve anything. The instant coffee will do fine in cold water and be less watered down when chili it.
heating some water in an electric kettle is way less effort than making simple syrup imo. no need to wash an extra dish and deal with all that hot sugar. maybe if you want to make the process even simpler you can just make the syrup in bulk but then you'd have to worry about crystallization and having to heat water isn't really much harder.

I make this every morning. Another way is to shake the coffee and sugar with coconut milk in a bottle and drink straight from the bottle which is how I do it at festivals to save time and dishes.
I rarely go out for coffee anymore when 4 coffees plus tax is the same price as a 1 pound bag of beans that I grind fresh and French press. :). Works out to less than 25c for 8 oz.
You can have the same ending result by adding the instant coffee, brown sugar, and a little bit of water, then taking the froather (I personally use a hand blender) to the desired froth level. After adding ice and then the milk, ala the Greek Frappe. This would be much quicker, less strenuous, and much less complicated.

Try making these with powdered milk and it’s even cheaper! I’ve been LIVING off powdered milk prepped and topped with an instant coffee/dalgona kind of foam. (I don’t have a frother, but think one of your other videos is where I learnt it can be made in any normal water bottle with a good shake!) If you buy the ingredients in bulk it’s also craaazy cheap and super easy to make your own coffee and latte mixes with dried milk! I have an iced mocha “latte” I make right now that’s amazing, just added cocoa powder to my base! All I gotta do is add water

I used a glass jar with a lid to shake it and then drank directly from that. The hot water makes it very foamy but thats the point of a shaken espresso, and the foam reduces as it sits. If you don't want it as foamy, just don't shake it for as long. Or, dissolve the coffee and then put it in the freezer for a few minutes to cool it down
I like to make this and top it after with some vanilla flavoured whipped coffee as a cold foam! Just equal parts instant coffee/water/sugar with a touch of vanilla extract. Think I learnt it from one of your other videos, but it’s super easy to make in any cheap disposable water bottle if you’re too broke for a frother like me 😂 I want to experiment with adding powdered milk to the foam as well, not sure if it would still shake up evenly though 🤔

(exchange rates during 13 june 2024) it only get expensive if you import it to the other side of the world aka america or europe region who can't grow their own coffee plants because the plant will die in the winter (obviously).

If you mix it first into a small amount of room temp water, or milk if you use that in your coffee, then add the hot water, it makes it taste a lot better.
This is the basic iced coffee we drink every day in Greece. You can make it with the cheapest plastic shaker and no frother. Just shake it until it's nothing but froth before adding the ice with a small amount of water so that you don't make a mess.
