I’ve always believed there should be a salary cap incentive for drafting well (I.e. a percentage of contracts for players your team drafted doesn’t count against the cap).
If they address it, it should be incentive based to only give additional money if he gets to the Super Bowl or wins the Super Bowl.

QB only cap seems interesting. I would make it apply to everyone in that position, so the lower paid your starter is, the better caliber backup you could get or the more QBs you could sign on your roster.
On thebqb cap I don't think should be a separate cap for them but maybe a sliding scale of money doesn't count toward the cap
Alway love tuning into the show. I think Josh is aware of his contract. I think he will have a similar mindset to Tom Brady where he takes less for the greater good of the team.
I think Josh will be more happy with getting good players around him to win a superbowl verses more money.
Josh just needs to start a company that caters to elite athletes, call it JA17. Terry Pegula can hire JA17 to take care of Josh and pay JA17 piles of money, and Josh can take pay cuts so the Bills can load up at other positions. It's genius!
