Hey, remember, asexuality is defined as "the lack of sexual attraction". Just because you are sex positive at some things doesn't make your identity any less valid :) And besides, if you find it fitting to identify as asexual and you're happy with that identity, then who is to say you're wrong?

When I was identifying as such, it seemed as though we either had more memes because it was funnier as sex positive isn't that far different from Allo in their quest for sex, in a sense. If that makes sense 🤔 And also because I find people who are sex repulsed have a very hard time finding a relationship. Simply because the world is so sex based

@@zendayasfruityfrenchfry1784 i spent 10 years thinking i was straight with a medical problem because of how unexplained is that you can lack sexual attraction and still be ok or indifferent towards engaging sometimes if your parnter starts it. It has been horrible and nothing made sense until i accepted i am ace. So yeah, there should be more about sex neutral/positive asexuals. Please. I don't wish to anyone the situation i wemt through for not realizing that sooner.
Spongebob is ace (according to his creator), so that's probably why he's in a lot of ace memes.
That and he's just an absolute comedy icon.
Though, he is a rare case of a character that could literally reproduce asexually being a sponge.

You should do more ace cooking on this channel! Either an ace-themed dish (in color or through some sort of pun or rhyme), or maybe you just voice over/talk about some sort of ace topic while we watch you cook.

Not exactly the same but, with the boyfriends i had sex with ( before realizing i was ace) i always wondered what exactly they liked so much about it , why the had to try every fricking week( because of classes/work i only had dates on weekends) and they never seemed to not be in the mood because i was like " i mean, is not horrible but is not that great and kind of boring and even uncomfortable sometimes". I also used to get annoyed when they told me to spend the weekend making a movie marathoon ( lotr, harry potter, potc, etc) and then they would not stop trying to have sex, like , don't offer such a great plan like a movie marathoon with tons of junk food when you actually had no intention of sticking to that.
Edit: still can't understand it, but now i know how to explain things better to a future possible partner and avoid sexual incompatibility dramas from the start

Being asexual doesn’t mean you can’t have sex, it means that you don’t feel sexual attraction. You can be ace and sex favorable, but still ace. Do not feel like you are not ace just because you would like to have sex with your partner, because that is not correct and I will die one this hill. No one can convince me otherwise.

I'm not sure if I'm asexual, so imma leave my thoughts here, please reply with your opinion if you have one...
-Men are hot, but I don't want to have sex with any of them, no matter their looks or features.
-I do get desires, but it's not connected to anyone.
-I don't see myself doing it with anyone and I don't see myself kissing anyone either.
-I'm confused wether I'm straight with high standards, or asexual.
Please let me know what you think.
Asexuality is defined as a lack of sexual attraction, where sexual attraction is a desire to have partnered sex with another person. So you can compress that into asexuals having the innate desire to have partnered sex with another person.
So, if you don't want to have sex, that sounds pretty asexual :)
As for finding men hot, that can be described as aesthetic attraction, and that doesn't exclude asexuality.
And as for having desires unconnected to people, that can happen if you're ace too. Asexuals can have a libido that's not directed at anyone. Some people then masturbate to satisfy it, or simply leave it to go away.
But, the most important thing is that it is completely your decision if you want to identify as asexual, and you are valid in that choice :)
