Pati Jinich - Pork and Greens in Salsa VerdeCerdo con Verdolagas

Cerdo con Verdolagas is a Mexican favorite and I make it all the time at home, but I haven't made it with you before. Pork is cooked slow and low until falling apart, and served in tangy cooked salsa verde with hearty wilted greens. Add refried beans and tortillas on the side and you have a feast! Hope you'll try it in your home, maybe even for Father's Day.
