About me: My alter ego name is Layo the leprechaun. I share my experiences with mental health, psychosis and recovery. I suffered from long spells of anxiety and depression before my psychotic break. And before my psychotic break, I had an episode of delusional paranoia. Although I was diagnosed with a drug induced psychosis, my symptoms matched the criteria for schizophrenia according to the DSM 5. My psychiatrist told me it would take me 3 years to recover and that I would have a 50% chance of recovery. I managed to recover in 6 months through consistently learning and experimenting with these techniques.

Thank you for this channel, man. I am currently crawling out of the pits of despair when it comes to mental health and finding your channel has meant a lot. I feel accompanied, less alone. I kinda teared up a little listening to the whistle 🪈. Will never skip it!!
