I heard this version once on the radio as a teen. I ran to grab a blank cassette and only recorded half of it. I used to love that remix. Never heard it again until now. Thanks for the upload. I google the crap out of DJ U-Neek to find out what gear he used to make his beats. Synths and all that. Not much out there. Very underrated....
@@leecahim It was a bonus track on the For The Love of Money single album. There was also a FTLOM remix on that album. Back then, maxi singles and B-Side albums were the only way to obtain remixes. They were bonus additions to give the album singles more value. You had to get them when the songs dropped , because after their radio run was over, the singles would go out of production and be gone from stores forever. Some mixes like the Look Into My Eyes DJ Uneek remix were only available in other countries. I remember importing the Australian Look Into My Eyes single thru Sam Goody back in '98 or so.
yea,its the "Foe tha love of $" single tho and the thuggish ruggish remix by u-neek is one of the tracks on the cd.The has the BTNH dollar bill on it Its E.1999 Lyrics & beat but thuggish ruggish hook
DJ U-Neek is Criminally Underrated, along with
T-Mixx
I’m in full agreement. Probably the most slept on dj I’ve ever seen. He did some of bones best songs and beats. He even worked with pac right?

This was on the cassette single. Before e.1999
Facts. This isn't Thuggish Ruggish using E 99's instrumental. This is the original.

This and the E.1999 remix are my favorite tracks. Much love.
In 1994 in Brooklyn, I bought the single for there classic FOE THE LOVE OF 💰! THIS REMIX WAS ON THE B-SIDE OF THE CASSETTE TAPE. !
I got mine on CD back in the day. Still have it, actually. Was a green skull and crossbones on the cd label. Few other remixes on it too, I remember
When rap groups were untouchable
they worked with Eazy, Pac, Biggie, Pun, Tombstone, Nina Ross and Capo...before they died

This mix 🔥🔥🔥
Damn this cold.
Classic love how the East 1999 beat matches the lyrics completely
The beat was made for this song. It was a remix on the single the year before E 1999 Eternal was released. They re-used it for East 1999.
