Like, I see that eating eggs is unethical, I'm vegan myself, but many Brahmins, for example in Kashmir and Bengal, have been consuming meat from thousands of years-not to mention the fact that Brahminical vegetarianism has been the single biggest tool that has had been used by Brahmins for thousands of years to oppress the lower castes (Dalits). Veganism stands against everything what Brahminism is. Casteism is evil. Brahminical vegetarianism is not veganism.
