    Ingredients:
    For frying potatoes:
    3-4 pcs Potato peeled
    Water as required
    Salt 1 tsp
    Cornflour ½ cup
    Sprinkle of water
    Oil for frying
    For potato chilli sauce:
    Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
    Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
    Green chilli sauce 1 tbsp
    Red chilli powder 1 tsp
    Salt ½ tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    MSG (ajinomoto) ½ tsp
    For making potato chilli:
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
    Ginger chopped ½ tbsp
    Sesame seeds 1 tsp
    Green chilli chopped tsp
    Potato chilli sauce
    Cornflour slurry 1 tbsp
    Spring onion 2 tbsp
    Sesame seeds 1 tsp
