@@vald3m845 supervita is indeed a feasible solution however OPV's are not that bad as the Naval Command of the Cypriot national guard holds defensive positions therefore not having anti-ship missiles on the ships isn't a problem as they won't go to missions outside the Cypriot seas therefore they will always be covered by Anti-Ship EXOCET missiles from land 180km range
@@productions4452 I agree with you but let me add that it is not easy to defeat a naval group with stationary ground based anti ship missiles. Meaning that attacks from single direction are always repelled by CIWS. That is why at least a frigate or two are needed, equipped with anti-ship missiles, in order to create an additional line of attack. I am not a naval warfare tactician but I assume we would be in an advantageous position.
Not sure how this can be called an off-shore patrol vessel. Too small, too low in the water, too short range for anything but coastal work and even then in sheltered waters.
Azerbaijan has these ships too. Loves from Baku 🇦🇿🇮🇱
Would be cool to slap in two missile pods and two torpedo tubes.

Cyprus must buy one more of this vessels and a few Shaldag V patrol boats
OPVs are a waste of taxpayers money. No CIWS no torpedo tubes no Antiship missiles.
Valentinos Demetriou totally agree Greece creates its own ships SuprVita class which are small fast agile and fully equiped frigates
@@Gregory-vb7lh Exactly. Supervita is a feasible solution!
