@@dhruvchokshi1776No, it was my first time applying. I applied on 16th September and received my PPR on 17th November. Submitted my passport to IRCC on 20th November and received it 8 days after the submission date.

You can access your GC account,right? There is biometric collection letter option you will get down the page and download BIL. Take your BIL and try to book biometric appointment on VFS global website and if this says you already booked your appointment then good to go otherwise ask your agent why appointment not booked.
