Definitely a 9.5/10 figure. Only “bad” thing is the leg flaps.
No offense, but what is necessarily wrong with the default face and headsculpt?? They look great!
Gohan usually doesn't look that angry till ssj2.

That face and the relaxed one looks like krillin they smushed his face together or something
not sure what you mean about loose neck ball joint, but I'm impressed how they made the neck peg that long. It gives more articulation.
We need cell 3.0 badly

Technically it would be a Cell 2.0, but with the 3.0 body tech from the Goku and Gohan figures.
To be a 3.0, there would have had to have been a 2.0 prior to release. There’s only been the 1.0 Cell and two repaints, as well as Imperfect Cell.
I really hope we get a 2.0 or 3.0 perfect cell and he could come with a ssj2 gohan headsculpt

In my opinion it’s a 10/10 because ever since I saw 3.0 figures I loved them and I loved ssj Gohan cell games so making this figure meant a lot for me
