Just to add, Easy chopper shootdown - cross-bow with explosive tips & pack-a-punched up once (pack a punch on the cross bow makes it into a semi auto x-bow with 3 shots between reloads), then unload one set of 3 bolts into the chopper (I reloaded to thinking it'd need more and the chopper blew up). Something else, if you can get the pink rift grenades, just throw one around the rocket you're currently targeting it pulls the AI guarding the rockets into it and they ignore you while you detonate the rocket...this in particular makes it super easy.
im having a weird issue where the heli just disappears as i shoot it with a pack a punched rpg. it gets disabled but then goes poof no destroyed just instantly gone
I did the first 3 steps easy with a packed AR... but when the mission ended the reward orb was stuck in the ground.... i did 5 more extractor missions with no aether tool plans....
Same , i have done every step in one go , did like 10 more of those missions and never got one while others get it instantly the first try ... can you just restart the quest ? Cause it seems like it is not random drop but rather a mission reward wich makes it impossible to get it now .
I call B S ! the contract is extremely hard to do solo & when you have the mission active Saboteur the AI are more beefier ! I cant even do the contract normally with the best gear ! you get downed in 2 shots
@@charlescouch2785Dealing with the mercenaries is a skill in itself. Try clearing a few mercenary strongholds to gain experience. No contract on those so u can run away if need be. Also use overwhelming force. I use a “pack a punched” RGL-80 grenade launcher. Be sure to have an extra self revive too. Get PhD Flopper to escape explosive damage from RGL if need be. Lastly. Juggernaut to boost health.
I call bullshit ! Nice editing buddy . U had a 1plate vest & The Mercenaries down you in two shots with a three plate so i know you deff not getting it done with the gear u were using and no pack a punch weapon . but the video was a good laughf
