Great idea on the bronze bushing! I have already replaced mine. Everything else you mentioned I already do. The machine works great as long as you keep it lubed and clean. One area that caused me a few issues was the area the hulls drop into the tube. I figured out that area was getting dirty and I just needed to clean it. I clean it with a paper towel and some rubbing alcohol. Be careful to not change the micro switch angle. If you do it is easy to move around to find the correct setting again.
Mine is just shy of #200 and I got it back in March.

I load mostly new rio hulls (and then reload same 4-5 times) they are on the light side for weight so they would hang up on the switch no matter how I adjusted it. A long search for a switch that required less pressure to trip was on - I have a bin full of rejects. The only one I found that was lighter by more than half was the switch from Mr. bullet feeder from double alpha (they sell it as a replacement part only need to straighten the leg out-same size and bolt pattern). very inexpensive and have not had a single hang up again.

Great idea to find a lighter switch. I'll shoot Rick an email on the lighter switch at Mr Bullet. I have the Mr bullet loader on my Dillon 650's. It too is a fine loader setup and bullet dropper. I load AA hulls. I shoot them until I start to see cracks in the crimp area. I normally get 10-15 loads out of them. :-)

I was gonna include that I can get 9-10 out of them but that green dot is so filthily that I stop at 4-5 but the comment was getting to long winded. I came up with my own design for a precrimp that does not stress the fired hulls like the PW one does so now im trying to find the right wad to get the stack height I need to switch to clays, as they look like they have not been fired compared to green dot. The new pre crimp just about eliminates the early holes at the base of the crimp fold at the rim. That mister bullet feeder is sweet I also have one on a 1050 with the pw autodrive. I was looking for a contact to send pic of why I use the "euro trash" hulls so you would not look down on me :-) see I got the bug for the search of the perfect crimp and think I'm close, and why not if I'm gonna crank them out by the 1000's.

I too use green dot and could not agree more. But I can get it cheap and local.

It is a beast of a production machine! Im sure you enjoy it as much as I do. Huge time saver and very consistent powder drops due to the consistent speed of the machine.

Looks like you got the autodrive adjusted well. I had to put a washer as a shim under the shaft pocket allowing me to fine tune it so it almost completely eliminate rocking of machine. Time saver for sure but frankly its just fun to use. The bronze bushing on the charge bar may get a flat spot on you if it gets dry of grease I took a 223 case and cut a bushing ( towards the base of case) will last forever. I polish all the powder bushings lightly with 1000, 1500, 2000 grit , some have nicks that eat up the oring. I also use graphite powder on the charge bar and of course keep the vertical shafts well greased. What serial number a are they upto now?- ballpark- mine is from the first 100.
