I liked the look of him at Southampton. He can play anywhere in midfield and number 10. He's even played up front when needed. Number ten is his best position from what I saw. He's technically very good. He's still young and is a good utility player. I do love the come out of nowhere Moyes signings. He did it so many times before in his last stint.
Hopefully, he's better than the other Alcaraz who we got from Wigan 😂 but as Rose said, this wasn't in any rumour mills and the Club kept it to themselves
He was fantastic against us the year Southampton went down he has pace can play out from the back and can pass well. I'm really excited about this one I think Moyes has had his hand in this and I trust him to have got a good one. Hopefully we can bring in Dewsbury Hall to take Doucoures place as his legs have gone and a striker who? I don't know but not Ferguson from Brighton because we can't take another risk on an injury prone player. UTFT
Hiya Rose 🌹... I remember Alcaraz making his debut for Southampton against us and he was by far their star performer..!! He basically ran the midfield and if I remember rightly the game finished 2-1 at Goodison, it was the season when the Saints got relegated but I'm sure from what I recall of the match it was I think around January/February time and they'd signed him in the January transfer window and watching him I thought if he'd been bought at the start of the season chances are they might have stayed up as he was that good in controlling the midfield for Southampton..So hopefully he can replicate what I saw that day for us til the end of the season..PS It's about time we signed players this way were you dont here anything till the player has actually been bought as usually the Everton Way is we hear rumours and BS for months in advance..!! Anyways fingers crossed 🤞 he hits the ground running with goals and assists.. UTFT 💙🫶
You can tell it’s rigged when United got 20x the allowable covid losses than Everton even though their turnover is only 3x more than Everton. Tottenham gets major allowable adjustments for the stadium debt while Everton gets very little
Hi Rose ~ I'm a fan of Alcaraz. The lad has been on me radar since his Racing Club days. For me, he will be a long term replacement for Doucoure. Lots of energy, gets forward to support the Striker, good technical ability, eye for a goal, still young, works for the team etc. I assume PSR hinders us with the fees we can spend until the end of June. If broja and Dom aren't serious. Then, I think it's best to wait until the summer to splash on a new striker. Use funds now to get in a proper right winger with pace. LIndstrom is a no.10, really. Competition for LB, too. Garner & Tim are back. That's why I'm not too concerned about Mangala being injured. I would happily sign him on good terms. This is Beto's chsnce. Made up for him.
Mangala's been low-key phenomenal, that's terrible news - he's got the best plus-minus in the squad. Fingers crossed we can get more reinforcements before the window closes.
Rose...it's very worrying that February will be without DCL and Mangala and of course McNeil. The crowd will need not to over-react if we lose to Leicester....but I am hoping that Moyes will use a high line to flood the opposition half, both to keep the ball and to regain it. We need our midfield to improvise and be opportunistic tomorrow.....and yes, the new signing sounds encouraging.
The reason is Doucs Rose. James Garner will replace Mangala and Alcaraz will replace Doucs cause he’s naturally a box to box midfielder. It looks like Moyes doesn’t trust Doucoure and his awful passing. 🤷
Shame about Mangala he was doing well. Alcaraz sounds just like a Moyes type signing the type of diamond in the rough signing player he always got as a bargain only this is a loan but least we've acted let's hope he does well.🤞🏻

Hi Rose, thanks for your vid. I've got to be honest I've never actually heard of him or remember him at Southampton!. We obviously needed a midfielder, so hopefully he'll come in hitting the ground running and chip in with a few goals.
