How is the state convicting Ethan and saying he doesn’t have any mental health issues but then these exact same prosecutors that are charging Ethan’s parents saying it was clear he had mental health issues and they should have been able to foresee something happening. The prosecutors said the parents ignored his repeated calls for mental health help but yet here they have someone on the stand to say he acted in a clear mind and had no mental health issues. This is just gross!!!
We all have mental health issues at any time in our lives. If he had one that would explain his actions he would be pleading INSANITY but his Defense did not. Why cause he doesn’t fit the definition of INSANE due to mental health.

I just watched this prosecutor berate Ethan's mother for not getting him mental health treatment. Six months ago she told the judge Ethan was not mentally ill. How can you trust people like this with justice?
Karen McDonald told Ethan Crumbley's judge that Ethan was NOT mentally ill. Then she told Ethan's mother's judge she was negligent for not getting Ethan help for mental illness.@@jrrd4069
Right! The prosecutor HERE states he had no mental illness. Same with the psychiatrist. So how was the mother suppose to know he needed mental health care? This prosecutor is blaming mother for not getting him mental health care but here he says he’s fine!?!?!z?
Having raised 5 children, 3 adopted special needs boys, and now raising 2 15-year-old grandsons, I find an overarching denial of Ethan's brain development, grief, and poor parenting. He was denied help months ago and on the day of the shooting. He did not steal the gun ; guns were a welcome part of family life in his home, It was the one thing his parents gave him positive attention. His teachers were blind, and the counselors were even less helpful. We are a country full of school shootings. It is far from a new and different event. There were so many signs and other cases to learn from, but they did not take Ethan's distress seriously. Nor is the court system- I refrain from calling it a justice system- treating him like the child he is. Of course, he can be rehabilitated if given love, guidance, therapy, and meaningful training/education, God help these " adults" who have the power to oppress and control the vulnerable.
Amen!!! 16:32 I have encountered numerous psychiatrists who are clueless. This Doctor isn’t grasping the totality of Ethan’s level of functioning. He wasn’t capable of ADLs (13 cavities due to lack of brushing) and I’m confident he had issues with IADLs. Hence, his extreme anxiety about his future. This Doctor doesn’t get it. It angers me that our mental health system is so broken. This kid is begging for help. This is another failure. Parents, educational system, and now the medical field. THANK GOD I didn’t rely on the inept “experts” and didn’t give up until I found a competent Doctor. For anyone struggling as you seek for competent mental health care please don’t give your power away. Advocate for your children. Don’t give up!!! Thank you, Ma’am for being a conscious, compassionate, and empathetic Soul❣️ As a society, we MUST do better!!! Education and awareness are paramount!!! 💔
@@Nurturing2The lack of self care such as teeth brushing can also be due to laziness and tiredness. His parents and many others allow kids to just be up all night on their tech and then they have to go to school on no sleep. If they aren't being monitored it's no wonder they choose to play video games non stop over homework and sleep.
I hope his parents are convicted as well, we need to start holding parents accountable across the country! As a society we always just put all the blame the kid, in reality poor parenting has a significant impact on how a child turns out.
Your the reason I came to the comments, this boy begged and begged his mom for help, he kept saying he was going to to harm himself or others he wanted to see a Doctor, but the Mom refused him because she couldn't pay for a Doctor and her precious horses , so her answer was to go out and buy him a 9 mm gun with bullets. On the day of the shooting Mom and Dad were called into the school for his bad behavior so clearly he waited just wanting their attention and the school wanted the parents to take him home but instead they chose to out the principal and leave the there.. Unfortunately because of Mom's actions or lack of many people lost their lives and many others lives were changed forever 😢 I don't always agree with people when they want to blame the parents but in this case I very much agree with you and we can only pray that Mom and Dad do jail time because they definitely deserve it. I also feel that Aiden fugees mom definitely deserves to be behind bars
Are you serious?? We should “START” holding the parents accountable??? Now I am not arguing it on this case as I don’t know anything except this video. But almost every school shooting or almost all publicized horrific cases involving children the first thing people commenting is blaming their parents. So I think society already does.
The school counselor and admin said he expressed suicidal ideations that morning. Why didn't they call an ambulance and police and transport him to hospital intake on that day? They had authority to do so but chose to hold a family meeting instead?
To the defense attorney. If you are so sure he can be rehabilitated; how about we release him, but he has to come live with you for the next 10 years and if he doesn't kill you then he can have the possible chance of parole. Would you submit to that?!
You must be a Trump hater. If you can't understand the role of a defense attorney. It's almost safe to say that you have the intelligence of a Trump hater...
Of course they hold some culpability but overall it was he himself that chose to do what he did. At any point he could have stopped his plans but did not. It is he who deserves the consequences of those actions.

One thing that is extremely relevant is this case: the defense did not go for a defense of not guilty by reason of insanity. Defense, either your client is insane with a chance of rehabilitation or he isn’t. You yourself said he was in this position because of untreated mental illness. Then why didn’t you go with the defense of not guilty by reason of insanity? I believe the reason why is because you as a defender, could NOT win. There really is such a thing as pure evil.

Depositions are sworn testimony with a court reporter and witnesses are questioned under oath. Johnson said he's learned that teachers and counselors at the school should have spotted warning signs for months before that terrible day.

@@mildredwarren6685-- but there are laws against having a minor be the owner of a handgun, there are laws against buying a gun under your own name that you intend to give to somebody else, and what we need to do is get much better laws, requiring safe storage of firearms. But some of the gun stuff we already have laws against. These parents need to be used as an example of why we need better safe storage laws.
The what ifs are numerous in this case. Ethan parents are despicable. Even if the shooting didn’t happen the scars of that type of neglect are tremendous. The same evidence that shows this was planned, shows the lack of awareness, care, responsibility of his family and community. In general we don’t see neglect documented so clearly. What would have happened if he had received treatment? If his parents didn’t just yawn when he said he was hearing voices? If they took him to a doctor? If school counselors didn’t have thousands of kids to watch out? What if there was an awakening about guns? School shootings are not a thing in countries with strict gun laws. How many deaths per year until people agree to the fact that the second amendment is hurting? That is not normal that students and teachers have to have drills for shootings.., that the school years shouldn’t be lived with fear about guns…
It's not the gun, it's the person using the gun. Taking guns away from everyone is ridiculous. The second amendment is in place to help us as american citizens. It is there to protect us from a tyrantic government. Our country is in dire straights with our current government. Having the right to bear arms is one of the only things keeping our government from COMPLETE control over us (American Citizens). I agree guns should not be put in the hands of someone who is mentally unstable (like Mr. Crumbley).
Regardless of up bringing he knew & planned ahead, death penalty or life in prison without parole. As for the parents they should have been reported many years ago even by their son.
Prosecutor should have never thrown a fit in the courtroom. She did not make herself look professional at all. Parents should get life too! Oxford Schools has been problematic for many years. I moved my children to Lake Orion, from Oxford, and all the problems stopped. Yes give the boy life. But the prosecutor needs to quit making it about her, and hold her temper!
I'm not making excuses for this kid at all. But he does not deserve life in prison without parole. All kids shooting cases are different but they're all the same. This kid did what he did more or less because his parents kind of instigated it. He wanted a way to bond with his parents. He made a plan and roll it out for somebody to find. He didn't kill that teacher because she gave him just the tiniest bit of respect and acknowledged that he was there. He probably went back and forth to the bathroom over and over again crying that somebody just somebody anybody would notice these warning signs of what I'm about to do I'm giving you the opportunity to stop me please please notice what's going on with me. Kids are not mature enough to understand what they are doing to the fullest extent. He's not insane he's not psychotic he might have mental illness to an extent but he's not crazy. He's a teenage human being who wants for every single person in this whole entire world wants and that's to know they're not alone. That's to know that somebody else cares about them. He even said it in his plan I hope there's somebody in prison I can talk to so I don't take my anger out on other prisoners that statement right there flat out says that to get his mind distracted from his anger this could have absolutely never happened. Just like not shooting the one person that said hi to him just a simple hi years ago saved her life. And that psychiatrist is extremely ignorant. She tried saying that oh well he knows what he did is wrong he could have distracted himself he could have instead of killing people went and tortured animals. Because that is what you're supposed to do. That fucking psychiatrist or something and should get her license taken away because if somebody ever told my kid who was having homicidal or suicidal thoughts instead of killing a human why don't you go torture her baby animal to distract you. It was the killing of the baby animals that should have been the warning sign. I can't believe she said he should kill animals instead of people. Instead of saying all this kid needed was one person in his life. He had nobody and all he wanted to do was make his parents proud and make them acknowledge him or bond with them here in. He probably writes down all those horrific things he wants to do torturing kids and girls and poking their eyes out and everything else does unbelievably dark because he's trying to imagine the most unforgivable thing and hope that it would make him feel a little better than how he felt. Or try to force himself to feel something. Regardless when it's all said and done the warning signs were there kids don't flat out come out and ask for help his parents responsibility to acknowledge they need it. The shooting is the final straw. This is when the kid realizes that he's begged for help and his own way and he must be so unloved and so invisible that not one person could notice it. So they break and give up and do something that absolutely no one can ignore. In a very rare situation it comes down to there's nothing anybody could have done no matter what happened. That's not how it is in this story that's not how most kid shooters are. This shooting and 90% of the ones that have happened and the ones that are to come could have absolutely been prevented. And all it would take is one person one person
Nicolus Cruz did the exact same thing for this prosecutor to stand up there and lie should have her disbarred. He wanted to watch people suffer, the ones who picked on him, he also lived & surrendered without incident. Why is she blatantly lying?? If she agrees with the defense and experts then why is she asking for him to be charged as an adult? They’ve already got appeals in that the Supreme Court will overturn.
The other actor in the shooting were his parents who put a weapon in his hands trsined him in the use. And once caught drawing his fantasy in school his mom said just dont get caught ur not in trouble. She needed to51 50 him but naw her horses and affair took priority because at 10 he begged her to come home in text after text after text. He said he was seeing things. Shè was busy doing *something* else so much so she never replied.
2:08 during closing to the judge the defense is absolutely correct. You can’t argue, as this prosecution did, is 100% what is going to overturn one of the two verdicts, that Ethan isn’t mentally depressed or have any mental illness, & then argue against him being so mentally ill in the mothers trial. He was charged as an adult also & therefore, the courts will have a 2nd huge discretion, you don’t charge parents when the defense demands a defendant charged as an “adult”. I’ve gotta ask LYK these questions.
When I first started watching this, I was just not sure if he should have parole or not. I was undecided. Watching him sitting there I did feel bad for him. However, when they started showing and talking about the torture of theses baby birds, I was shocked and also sickened. This is a young man, who will absolutely become a serial killer! IMO - he went over the edge by doing what he did to the birds ! If he can do this and actually enjoy it…… we’ll he has gone over the edge , he has gone to far, he can’t go back, he can’t change what he did. He will become a serial killer eventually, this is another Jeffery Dahmer! He should not get out. He has felt what it was like to torture birds, he liked it! He can’t change those feelings! The only thing that will change is that he will be older, stronger, and much more capable of killing. He will learn things in jail that will just help him become a smarter serial killer. 😢
I agree. He will have lots of friends. He almost had a smirk on his face when the prosecution spoke of his horrendous behavior. I just seemed like he was proud of himself.
@@mylesastinnette6208 He is a very sick young man. He was abandoned by his parents, by them ignoring him. They were more interested in themselves. They also should be charged with accessory to murder. They bought him the gun! I still feel bad for him. He had no chance to grow and developed into a good human being. Some people should just never have children. :(
But there is no scientific method or any certainty that he will not be rehabilitated. He was a kid with severe mental health issues, surrounded by a neglectful, violent, prone to conspiracies family that didn’t get the help he asked for! His acts are horrible, horrific… But his brain wasn’t even fully developed and that he asked for help, to me shows he knew he needed help to stop. As her defense lawyer said receiving the possibility of parole doesn’t mean he will walk out, it just means that if he shows he’s rehabilitated he could get out in many years from now.
@@javieratoledo9262 This is so true as well. Good points. I guess it is all up to the judge for sure. I do feel sorry for this boy for sure. But what he did to those baby birds will haunt me for a very long time. . It will be interesting to see how the judge makes his decision.
I can't stand to hear what he did to those students and poor baby birds but I'm glad I watched this whole hearing cuz I didn't realize just how evil he is....I had assumed he shot into the crowd of students I didn't know how personal he made it by killing them at point blank range and making sure to hit vital areas intending to kill every person he shot...he is evil and doesn't deserve to ever get out...his parents didn't help for sure but idk if that would have changed anything cuz some people are just born evil...it was touching to hear how Justin tried to help the younger student he was a hero and that story needs to be told more cuz I hadn't heard about what Justin did until this hearing and I'm sure even tho his parents are brokenhearted I'm sure they're proud of him ❤

Yes i believe even if he had got "help" and had a mother who gave him all the attention and love he wanted, he still would have killed for a sense of power or any other reason like not having a girlfriend. Killing was obviously a fantasy of his. All this talk of "he needed help", you know he could have asked the teachers for it if he really wanted it. I think he chose killing over getting help because that is what he really wanted. So many people have fallen for this "help" narrative, and it has put the blame on his parents which is typical of psychopaths to do!
The attorneys on both sides are doing their job. And I think both of them did a very good job of presenting their cases. If you want this young man to be found guilty and not have very many reasons to ask for a new trial by claiming he didn't have sufficient legal representation, then you want the defense attorney to do a good job the first time around.
This trial is akin to "It's mum's fault i'm evil" the gun didnt have to be locked away according to law in that state at the time. She read him wrong, thought it was depression, not surprising when you consider psychopaths are very good at being deceptive.
If EC had no access to a gun, it would have been a knife. The 9mm just made it easier to facilitate what he planned for months. His manifesto indicates he wanted to drown toddlers, rape a girl, and kill classmates. This was after he tortured and killed birds (with whatever tools he had at his disposal). Where there was a will, there was a way for EC; his need to feed off of his evil desires without trepidation or conscience but joy is a reflection of just how decrepit his heart is.
People with psychosis may not demonstrate psychotic symptoms before the acute symptoms occur. Part of psychosis is when a patient masks symptoms. What is the MMPI3?
Hearing that he sat alone at lunch made me feel bad. He probably saw his classmates were doing well in school, had parents that probably cared about them. Ethan never felt that. The school is half responsible, they searched a Hispanic kids locker for drugs but they didn’t think to check Ethan’s locker and book bag and didn’t. The school officials obviously were racist!
The school is to blame that he doesn't have friends? Your comment makes no sense. If anyone is to blame it's his parents and his upbringing and Ethan himself, you can't blame a school for the kid not fitting in.
@@iD3AD3YE by no means am I blaming the school for Ethan not having friends, yes the parents are to blame but the school counselor and the dean were in the room with the parent said that in the office on November 30 they knew he had a fascination with guns and that he was searching ammunition and you would’ve thought that what they saw on the paper they didn’t double check their work and say well just to be on the safe side. Let’s check Ethan‘s locker and backpack and the school counselor. Mr. Hopkins sent Ethan back to class because he felt like he was only a threat to himself not to other people, so the parents being not as great as they were they probably went off with a counselor said, and they felt that you know he made a great decision, so they went along with that.
You know who I feel bad for? Tate, Madysin, Hana, and Justin, their parents, siblings, and loved ones. I feel bad for the 6 students and teacher who were shot and wounded. I feel bad for an entire community who is still grieving. I feel bad for the students who are traumatized. I am sickened by the way this evil scumbag enjoyed watching people die. How much he looked forward to the media attention. The school didn’t create this monster. The school wanted his parents to take him home and to get psychiatric help the day of the murders. They thought he might be suicidal. On learning the parents were going to return to work, and thus leave him home alone, the school did not send him home. The parents agreed to get him help within 48 hours. The school had no idea the evil scumbag had a gun of his own. The Hispanic student was not the only student in Oxford high to ever have a locker search. Not saying there isn’t racism in this (my) community. These parents made mistakes and need to be held accountable for the mistakes they made. Yet, there are many people that are not only neglected by their parents but also, beat, raped and isolated. Yet, they do not murder other people. When a person reacts this way, they are considered a danger to society. What I am trying to say is that children are also capable of committing crime even if they do not have a mental illness, are not under the influence substance or being forced into it. Many children decide to act upon the sinful nature that is within all of us, and they need to be held accountable for their sin. This is the consequences of his actions. His parents did not force him to walk into a school and shoot people. He made this decision himself. Therefore, yes we can empathize with his past, yet not ignore the fact that he is not innocent. 13:23 Based on this Psychiatrist’s opinion, Ethan’s parents should be found NOT GUILTY. Personally, I question this Doctor’s assessment. Prosecution in this case agrees with this “expert” witness but maintain Ethan’s parents should have had the foresight to anticipate the probability of these murders. You can’t have it both ways. UNACCEPTABLE!!! 💔💔💔💔 These children lost their lives!!! They deserve better!!! Our society is perpetuating the problem rather than pursuing solutions (i.e., provide competent mental health care including assessments for every student at ages 10, 13, and 16).
All that will happen then is more parents like you complaining that there's too much testing in school, that teachers are over-reaching, that schools are the bad guy and liable for not raising their students. This is the parent's fault and if they were held liable, maybe they'd put more effort into actively raising their children.
The parents ignored this kid since he was very young. They ignored his pleas for help. They ignored all the signs. They were more interested in everything else in their lives and ignored their own child to the point he was described as “feral”. But you think they couldn’t have prevented this?
Agree 100%! The judge will overturn the verdict or give time served. The state went after the parents claiming he is mentally ill where in this case for Ethan they are claiming he wasn’t mentally ill.
This is all such a waste of time. They should just lock them up and be done with it. What does it matter. he wanted to hurt his parents from this if we allowed his parents to be charged we would just be giving him what he wanted all along. At the end of the day that is what he wanted. I know it sounds cold I know that his parents neglected him. But if you read his manifesto, he said that he purposefully wanted to ruin his parents life, and if we allow him to get vengeance through the courts, that’s actually winning
Nah he always had glasses, in moms trial she talks about how he used to get headaches all the time and they didn’t know why, then they discovered it was due to poor eyesight and his glasses corrected that. So he has been wearing glasses for a few years now is what she said
I feel sorry for Ethan Crumbley because his mom and dads fault they should be sentenced to 40 years for the part of the crime they both are in responsible for him he knows right from wrong he has to be punished and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for school shootings
This boy was neglected and innocent families are paying for it! How many people are going to die until we realize that America has a mental health crisis?
The Defense is a bit mentally sick. They are acting like he didn’t know what the end result would be. To push and almost harass people on the stand who are helping the process and want the streets safe just doesn’t add up. A few more years of trial will help them before they get disbarred. We would never accept this type of behavior in my county. Good luck ladies. 😂
Please tell us the county so we can look it up because that’s hard to believe after we’ve seen horrible judges, prosecutors, defense in all court cases.
This kids definitely was having a mental crisis, but he is not mentally ill. He deliberately did this made a plan and followed through. The prosecution has definitely prove in their point . I really hope his parents rot in prison
I don't think you understand it's impossible to commit an act like this and not be mentally ill if your having a mental crisis your in a mentally ill state of mind they go hand in hand. He might not be psychotic or have an excuse to what he did but he cannot be mentally sane that being said mental illness is widely varied from mild anxiety or depression to shitzophrenia or psychopathy

He wanted life in prison so let’s give him that!!! He gave lots life with Jesus!!! What a evil person he is!!! He doesn’t have mental illness he’s just evil walking ,,,, what a waste of a human he’s become by his actions!!

The prosecutors said the parents ignored his repeated calls for mental health help but yet here they have someone on the stand to say he acted in a clear mind and had no mental health issues. He was not Mentally ill why do people keep saying they should have gotten him help it was never anything wrong with him
Having raised 5 children, 3 adopted special needs boys, and now raising 2 15-year-old grandsons, I find an overarching denial of Ethan's brain development, grief, and poor parenting.

DEFENSE LAWYER, FEMALE WITH BLACK HAIR, SHE IS CLEARLY ANGRY AND HAS A TEMPER.
IS IT HER YOU MEAN ?

IF HE WAS SO ANGRY AT HIS PARENTS, OR DISAPPOINTED OF THEM, WHY DID HE NOT ATTACH THEM INSTEAD ???
Good point
I can't stand to hear what he did to those students and poor baby birds but I'm glad I watched this whole hearing cuz I didn't realize just how evil he is....I had assumed he shot into the crowd of students I didn't know how personal he made it by killing them at point blank range and making sure to hit vital areas intending to kill every person he shot...he is evil and doesn't deserve to ever get out...his parents didn't help for sure but idk if that would have changed anything cuz some people are just born evil...it was touching to hear how Justin tried to help the younger student he was a hero and that story needs to be told more cuz I hadn't heard about what Justin did until this hearing and I'm sure even tho his parents are brokenhearted I'm sure they're proud of him ❤
Me 2. Plus he planned to make people suffer. He wanted to make students suffer especially attractive girls.
He isn’t mentally ill, he’s pure evil & as this dr & others said, he evil. The only person who knew was his friend who was mentally ill. He googled what and how to act. He never told his parents that he needed help at all. He is a evil person born that way & manipulating.
My dog died. What does the Defence want.... this is so disgusting to the victims

I’m sure there is racism here as much as anywhere else. Just saying, it doesn’t apply in this case. @impalaguy22 he doesn’t deserve your pity. He deserves contempt. I pray he gets LWOP.
@@EvelynPicITS OKAY TO FEEL BAD FOR ETHAN TOO!!!! NO ONE GAVE TWO $#ITS ABOUT HIM!! I believe all of that. His school teacher and counselor couldn’t believe it was him, didn’t believe he would ever do anything like this. He was an evil little monster lying and feigning. He never once told his parents he needed help, proven by thousands of texts. The only person who knew was his crazy friend who he was trying to be like.
Yeah so Jennifer crumbley they charged and said it cause she missed hisental.health problems... yet here they say he has none smh.
He is guilty.. And the crime he is being held accountable for is one that defines him as a danger for society. He is unable to function in public places or be left unsupervised.
How is it legal to compare one person to another person? How did she get someone’s else’s medical information? I am a parent, he was asking for help, but how many of us had a hard time in high school an kept silent, and just knew this will be over eventually. if the gun was not bought for him it may not have happened. But now as a parent I can not imagine sitting in that room listening to this looking at him knowing he killed my child for no reason 😢 and who wants the job of deciding if he can be rehabilitated? my prayers to all involved.
I'm not sure, but I believe that the other person's psych eval was able to be discussed because they were evidence discussed in a previous trial and fall under court records as opposed to information covered under HIPPA
It’s different when you have a mental Illness I have a mental illness and I deal with it every day of my life. I take my medication but it takes a long time and you can’t just diagnose someone that easily. It’s very hard to deal with and to get through every day on a daily basis.
even if it didn't happen he High school he would have ended up killing someone because he actually planned it everyday, he wrote about it, he planned on executing it and he did

No he wasn’t he was lying to make up an alibi for what he planned to do nothing was wrong with this boy
Guess you didn’t watch this fully either. There was no cry for help, he only told his friend these things, and not once his parents, which was shown in court. Life without parole
Exactly ! 👍 also charging him as adult so why are parents accountable ; dangerous precedent . If we give a kid a car and they mow down people are parents responsible ;
These "defense" lawyers are soulless.
It’s their job they most likely wanted him to go to prison
Is this current today??
Yes
School sucked! Back in the eighties i cant imagine how petty it is now. Its not for everyone. They finding out.
Unfortunately. I hated school too. All the cliques and pettiness. I ended up quitting, but had my GED over a year before my class graduated, plus had started community College.
I wasn’t fond of school but the very THOUGHT of murdering someone never entered my mind!
It’s not about school in this case, it’s about the demonic personality of this animal abusing, sub human murderer.

I don’t understand how these attorneys think that acting this way is going to be favorable to them. Even when they say “you may not like me but don’t take that out on my client” - are they forgetting that jurors are PEOPLE⁉️
I agree generally, but also this is a miller hearing so there are no jurors!
Out of all the shooters , this one is different! Beings I been suicidal severely depressed and wanted to shoot up my school when I was 17 , now I’m 46 , thank God I didn’t but he’s SEVERELY depressed etc clearly ! I blame his parents for not paying attention to the clearly seen depression in this kid ! And providing a gun to him knowing he had severe issues ! But yes he should reap for shooting others but he also def needs mental health ! This is terrible for everyone! Poor kids ❤ but I don’t have any pity for his parents who should def be held accountable being adults and their obviously terrible ignoring parenting
I’m convinced the mother wanted him to kill himself
Well the 4 psychiatrists claim he wasn’t mentally disturbed, mentally unstable, depressed, or pyschotic. He’s plain evil & never told his parents one time he was mentally unstable or depressed. They knew he was and tried to do things with him over his friend being taken away due to mental illness. He didn’t want to be stuck in a mental hospital like his friend.
This psychiatrist is totally full of herself. She is attaching findings with her already decided on diagnosis.
I watch this my heart breaks for the families its just evil😢
Absolutely terrible(anyone else notice the judges awesome waves lol)
How much time did he get this case been going on for far to long
What is the "T" score?
I believe 100% that this is the parents fault.
No armchair watchers. What was the point of this? To get him into a mental hospital vs prison?
the point was to determine whether he would get life without parole, or life with the possibility of parole
It's like suing the liquor store for selling beer to the guy who drove drunk and plowed into that innocent family. Maybe if they didn't get an iPad and an Obama lunch shoved in their faces at school, kids would be a little more tame?
This kid was abandoned by his parents long ago. when he was arrested i bet they failed to give him a blood drug and alcohol test.. since we see the father gave drugs to both his sons.
So no verdict reached?
terrible audio
He took lives and their futures. He should pay for it with his life and his future.
I see he suddenly needs glasses, ???
Nah he always had glasses, in moms trial she talks about how he used to get headaches all the time and they didn’t know why, then they discovered it was due to poor eyesight and his glasses corrected that. So he has been wearing glasses for a few years now is what she said
Mortician is getting on my nerves.
I feel sorry for Ethan Crumbley because his mom and dads fault they should be sentenced to 40 years for the part of the crime they both are in responsible for him he knows right from wrong he has to be punished and sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for school shootings
This dude looks off
He's so vile...
Good question!
This boy was neglected and innocent families are paying for it! How many people are going to die until we realize that America has a mental health crisis?
The defense attorney looks like "other mother" from Coraline. Anyone with me?
This expert is so paid off it's not even funny...
She can't even admit the Ethan wasn't future-oriented...😂
