I am very surprised and a little disappointed to not see shiny Paras' history here as they have had multiple changes in their shiny colors.

Miltank's original shiny was by far one of the standouts of Gen 2. The brown and grey was really nice.
In Gen 3 they then made it much more readable, turning it almost a pure white. Obviously what Gen 2 was going for if not for the colour limitations, and it was one of the nicest looking shinies in the dex.
Interestingly, in Gen 4, they then made it baby blue. Clearly worse than Gen 3 imo, but still cute!
And then in 6 they again darkened the blue, into a sky-blue, which now just looks....gross
A very curious case, as they kept the white for one generation, only to make it more blue and gradually worse as time went on.

Correct me if I'm wrong because I'm really not sure if this one counts. I believe Shiny Zapdos also got a change between Gen V and Gen VI; Gen V Shiny Zapdos had more saturated colors with a stronger primary yellow and its orange on it's beak and talons were a lot more eye catching. Starting Gen VI, the colors of its Shiny is a lot less saturated and has little noticeable differences with its normal variant. Great video, loved watching it!

I know people probably won't agree with me but old shiny Drapion looks like it has a horrible sunburn. The new one looks more natural

      Looks more natural sure.
But you can barely tell the difference between it and the non shiny now.
I’d rather have the red Scorpion like skorupi.
Also I don’t get why “sunburn” shinies are bad especially if they make sense thematically like scorpions being in a desert.
Some shinies like “puke green”, those I can understand why people don’t like.

@@THGMR-ox7sd wait, can't you tell the difference between the shiny and non-shiny? To me, the difference between the dark purples and bright reds is pretty obvious
