Thank your for these explanations! I'm diving into IoT and this definitely helps. I'd love to see a video on types of density and level sensors (like you did for temperature sensors).
Nice video.....This is the best channel which I have come across posting videos giving a very good knowledge on Industrial Automation and explaining it in a simple manner.
Bestet of bested process automation videos! I’m originally from one of EPC companies and recently joined an automation company. This is specially sooo helpful to a person like me. Thank you so much Realpars!
I learned and continue learning more about automation and plc on your videos. Thank u for it. Please, suggest me other ways to learn more about plc also about automation all it
Hi question: what kind of sensor should I use for detecting when there is separation instead of proximity sounding an alarm and turning a light on to alert for separation ? for example: a door on a cabinet opens up and alarm sounds and light goes on? thank you
You can use a proximity switch (will be held on when the door is closed and will open the signal when the door is open). In this case, you would run the proximity sensor to a normally closed relay, so that when the door opens, the relay will energize and sound a horn or illuminate a light. A common device is a mechanical limit switch that has a sliding pin that is held in when the door is closed and springs out when the door is opened (ROCKWELL AUTOMATION #440P-MDPB22M9). In critical applications, we use door safety sensors, such as fail-safe high-performance electromechanical switches.
Dear, can you please make a video on how to connect/to do wiring of two wire, three wire and a four wire transmitter to the Siemens PLC io cards. and also one DI , one DO , one AI and one AO terminal wiring of the same as we do practically in the field and how to calculate load current based on the Inputs and outputs
Hi!. This is such a great video for people who wants to learn a little about controling and automation. I want to help you to translate to Spanish some of your videos. I hope them will be viewed by much more people.

Can you tell me how to connect sick wt14-2p422 sensor with plc s7-300?
That's something very specific, you are asking. I recommend giving Google a good search for the wiring diagram.
First comment today...
You are doing good job.
Thanks for watching muhammad and also for being the first one to comment. :)
make video how to connect any hmi to any plc
plz what kinda animation software are you using ..?
Hi Joseph, we are using Adobe Premiere to create our videos.
Reason for proximity sensor failure?
Hey, one of the reasons could be electrical shocks. Normally when they break down, their output will permanently turn to 1.
Your is not available on Play Store
