Do you wish there was an easy way to get information about the browser and operating system users are running your Power Apps on? There is now, thanks to the new Host Object in Power Apps!
In this video, I walk you through everything you need to know about this Host object. We'll explore what data it gives you access to in your Power Apps and I'll highlight my two favorite scenarios to use it for!
You'll see how it can help you add better feedback and troubleshooting to your app experience in Power Apps AND how the Host Object can be used to help you easily customize your Power Apps user experience to open hyperlinks in their native mobile applications! You'll see examples of how to open native map applications, LinkedIn and RUclips and you'll find out how to leverage this same technique to open hundreds of apps!

Did they remove this in a recent version? I don't see the Host object under App and PowerFX does not recognize Host.
No, it shouldn't have been removed. Host is still a valid Power Fx function. If you try it outside of the App section, say, in a button on select, you should see the host function working there. Let me know if you don't see it
