You can change the talent on the Lexington to suit your build and with the Elmo your stuck both are good depends on how you play.

I've run both on DUA Legendary solo, adjusting for the mag size and not counting on the shock ammo is an adjustment. The Lex will put out more dmg, but you do miss the extra mag size. Ultimately, run what is most predictable to you.
