In between you putting on your press on toenails use the sally Hansen nail harden, vitamin e regrowth polish or anything that hardens and regrows them. Truly helps make them stronger

Mix it up with the water. Sparking water(have a lot of fun flavors), ginger and lemon( i have been obsessed with the taste and my gut loves it. ) ACV aswell. Herbs, and fruit are a great way to change the taste but still provide hydration.

I love your videos! just wanted to pop on and say hi (: But I also wanted to let you know that plain water actually doesn't do anything for you anyway, you need to drink water with electrolytes. so liquid Iv is actually better to drink than just plan water, but also if you want to keep it more natural, fun fact Key limes are a natural electrolyte, just squeeze 1 or 2 of them inside your water & your good to go! They are good for you, they actually hydrate you, & taste good! disclaimer (KEY LIMES NOT LIMES) they are kind of hard to find in a regular grocery store they are located more in a Whole Foods or a trader joes. that was kind of a lot lol .. but hopefully you see this & give it a try!

Just have them remove the gel properly. I was in the same situation and used press ons on my toes and it made them so much worse. Unless you are meticulous about how you remove them it’s going to cause more damage.
