Vitamin B is a fat soluable vitamin, it will build up in youre fat source if you take too much of it.. but I gues 10000 times the daily recommended value isn't too much... A true 5%'er does whatever it takes ;)

The list of the ingredients sounded good I wasn't expecting this to be marketed as an energy booster? but clarity and focus.
