Also, against Buu, Kakarot had the entirety of Earth's population give him energy and the remaining dragon wish that Vegeta made to restore Goku to full power. With Frieza, Goku only had energy from nature in Namek, some of the surviving Namekians, and the surviving Z Warriors that went to Namek. Buu Saga Spirit Bomb had more energy put into it.
