I am an eye witness to this investment. I had the pleasure of visiting Lodwar and witnessed first hand his investment . He is large on the ground n very humble, down to earth person who is well connected with the Islamic community on the ground. Congregations my brother, I am personally proud of you. Your achievements is ours too. Thank you for looking after me n my friend when we visited Lodwar for our Christmas celebrations. We felt safe throughout our stay in Lodwar because at the mention of your name only earned us volunteers willing to guide us to any destination of interest within the locality.
Super impressive! That guy is a visionary. Imagine he opened a bookshop in Lodwar in year 2000s when simple logic would have dictated that you do business in vending daily human consumables like food, water, fuel etc? He was seeing far ahead.
Maybe Kenya should now endeavour to interconnect all counties' towns with rail links too. Looks like once logistical problems are solved and good infrastructure of road network is in place, towns and regions begin to rapidly grow and attract various diverse business opportunities.
Thanks Alex for being the tourist guide to our amazing country. This is incredible. Oh my God. We cerebrate that daring business man and pray that God continue blessing the work of his hands for he's a daring go getter. Beautiful home too🙏🏽💪
If there's one humble man I know on this Planet is Him Abdul, with all that Allah has blessed him with , he remains humble and a blessing to many. Thanks Alex chamwada for this feature ❤😊.
@@frimmbits And you are missing the point completely, during Moi's era we paid taxes as well, how much infrastructure do you think Moi built? Yes I will continue to sing praises to any leader who fronts development and progress over propaganda.
I have been to lodwa! Very beautiful town. When you visit dont forget to visit lake turkana and kakuma refuge camp! Very beautiful! Fish from lake turkana is tasty/ delicious!
A very great and informative content Aleki. I have been to Lodwar twice, in 2016 when we traveled with Nissan Navara. The vehicle broke down twice, on our way to Lodwar and back to Kitale. The second time I decided to use a psv and most of the PSV's were landcrusers due to the poor road conditions. I never wanted to be back to that town but from what I have seen, that is 💯 % transformation and I won't mind traveling back to Lodwar on a small car. Thank you to our national and county governments for opening up this small town. I am glad that citizens in these area can easily access food, fresh water, good housing, medical services, clothing and education. @alex Bring many County contents so that we can see such transformations and where governors have totally refused to work for people but instead loot the monies given to them by the national government.
At least I have now seen the owner of kakumat..I usually hear he is down to earth and humble man such that you can't notice he is a multi millionaire..nice piece Alex and team.
i was in Lodwar last, late 2021 and I went all the way to Loki char , the NEWLY tarmacked highway has opened Turkana county and its the main artery to development. the most potential town in Turkana is Kakuma(Refugee town). The international community money fuels majority of activities here. also tourism is very vibrant here. lake Turkana is a must visit for all Kenyans.
Wow. Lodwar is so impressive. the only county that i know operates 24hrs. Hopefully soon they start resuming oil activities from building the oil infra for evacuation of oil and tapping the water aquifeiers and turn the area into an agri hub
Hehehehe,Birungi 😂😂😂Those borders are very artificial. We are one people.Just learnt the other day, that the traditional Luhya chiefdoms were actually delegatee's of the Kabaka of Buganda. So,you are very right from that perspective. And it's true that Mr Wamala has the gentle mannerisms of a Muganda.
president uhuru did alot to country wide most people will not understand if you have never traveled the whole countryside but the ones have traveled Will tell you ☝️
You have to appreciate uhuru , nyahururu doesn't even have such roads let alone a dual carriage, airports, they even have car dealerships, wakikuyu walirogwa na mrogi akakufa
I think that one day we shall appreciate what Uhuru Kenyatta did for this nation.
This were Kibaki projects
We do. But his time came to an end and he had to go.
Uhuru did his job but these projects are brought by devolution
But he stole a lot too
Watu wa A mumeona it’s not about being bright it’s about being innovative in other things
Didn't know lodwar is developed like this...more of these.
Am happy for him his brother introduced me trucking business in U.S.A

Iam impressed. This is not the Lodwar of the 60's to 90's that we knew.A very big development.

wow great👍
Kapenguria by looks is more developed in terms of buildings investment but kwa road infrastructure naona wako mbele sana
The problem in Kenya is that we are fed too much politics instead of educating the nation and focusing on development.
