Snow Day ❄️/ New Project for my kitchen / Homemade Bread and Banana Jam /Slow Simple Living.

- Hello friends!🤗 I hope you're all well. In today's video I'm sharing a new project for my kitchen. Now I have more corners to decorate and serve as a support for other things too. I loved the result and thought it brought cosiness to the kitchen. For this project I used two 58 cm boards, four 30 cm boards and three 16 cm boards. I had them cut to these measurements in the shop, which made my job a lot easier because then all I had to do was assemble and nail them together. I also made a super practical and tasty loaf of bread and a banana jam to savour with the bread and a coffee, just the way a winter's day should be. I really hope you like it and I'll see you in the next video.
Banana jam recipe:
8 bananas.
1 cup sugar.
cinnamon and cloves to taste.
Cut the bananas into small pieces, caramelise the sugar carefully so it doesn't burn and then add the bananas. Season with cinnamon and cloves and cook over a low heat for 30 to 40 minutes, stirring from time to time to prevent sticking and burning.
Bread recipe:
500 grams of wheat flour.
2 teaspoons of salt.
1 sachet of bread yeast.
420 ml warm water.
Mix the dry ingredients and add the lukewarm water, stirring with a spoon. Leave the dough to rest for 5 hours, then stir the dough again, sprinkle a little wheat over the bread and leave to rest for a further 1 hour before baking. Then heat the pan in the oven (200° C), transfer the dough to the pan and bake for 30 minutes with the lid on and then another 15 or 20 minutes without the lid to brown.

Olá Amigos!🤗 Espero que estejam todos bem. No vídeo de hoje venho compartilhar um projeto novo pra minha cozinha. Agora tenho mais cantinhos pra decorar e servir de suporte para outras coisas também. Eu amei o resultado e achei que trouxe aconchego para a cozinha. Para esse projeto eu utilizei 2 tábuas de 58 cm, 4 tábuas de 30 cm e 3 tábuas de 16cm. Pedi para cortar nessas medidas lá na loja mesmo, facilitou muito meu trabalho porque depois foi só montar e pregar. Fiz também um pão super prático e gostoso e ainda um doce de banana pra saborear com o pão e um café, simplesmente como um dia de inverno deve ser. Espero muito que vocês gostem e até o próximo vídeo.
Receita do doce de banana:
8 bananas.
1 xícara de açúcar.
canela e cravo da índia à gosto.
Corte as bananas em pedaços pequenos, caramelize o açúcar com cuidado para não queimar e depois junte as bananas. Tempere com canela e cravo da índia e cozinhe em fogo baixo por 30 à 40 minutos mexendo de vez em quando para não grudar e queimar.
Receita do Pão:
500 gramas de farinha de trigo.
2 colheres de chá de sal.
1 sache de fermento para pão.
420 ml de água morna.
Mistures os ingredientes secos e acrescente a água morna mexendo com uma colher mesmo. Deixe a massa descansar por 5 horas, depois desse tempo mexa a massa novamente, farele um pouco de trigo sobre o pão e deixe descansar por mais 1 hora antes de assar. Depois aqueça a panela no forno ( 200° C) transfira a massa pra panela e asse por 30 minutos com a tampa e por fim mais 15 ou 20 minutos sem a tampa para dourar.
