Being an idol is really a complex experience. Imagine finally debuting after years of training but at the same time some of your friends are left behind. Then the complex pressure of being “perfect” in front of everybody. And to think that they experience all these stuff at a very young age. It really takes a toll on their mental health.

This applies to any competitive industry. Sports, medicine, finance, etc.
@@Andrew-zr9tc sports maybe but they still have some privacy compared to idols. While in medicine and finance you don’t experience the struggles in your teenage years.
@@OrvinReyesa lot of idols don’t have a backup and many of them don’t make it to debut and end up in debt to the company for the money the company spent training them. Those who do debut take years to get paid and have to become mainstream in order not to disband in the case the company feels they’re no longer worth investing in. It’s not all that simple.
It’s rare to find a friend who won’t see you as a competition. I wish I have a Hwanhee in my life.

They have a great friendship. The process to become an idol is brutal though, a lot of talented people don't make it into idol groups. I can't imagine how tough it must be to train so hard like that and then not become part of a group.

i love girls generation members a lot, i love everyone of them. i love seohyun, she is like the kindest person ever, she is my role model. i want to follow her and remind myself to always be kind to others, even though others may not be kind to you in return, or even treat it as a weakness and take advantage of you, but like seohyun said, the kind person will always be the winner at the end.

I know this girl. She went to ISAC and won gold medal in running. She ran like an athlete, not running like average kpop idols. And she went to dream teams, very long time variety shows and she won too 🥹🥹first place, she competed with 100 kpop idols. Cant remember much but she always gave her best.

Im happy for seohyeon because she is more relaxed now and comfortable showing her fun side. I remember before she was so stiff, almost like a robot. Though she was my fav snsd member, it was evident she had trouble expressing herself back then.

Not a fan of Seohyun nor SNSD but I balled watching this! I can totally relate! I'm 29 this year and I have a best friend whom I've been friends with since we were 13 years old! We're very much best friends up to now and though we can't hang out often because she works and lives in another city, we always make sure to meet up when one visits the other. We will always make time for each other no matter how busy we are. She's not just a chingu, but my forever bepeu! I love her to bits and I don't know what I would do without her!

What are you interested in? If you are in school join a club, try different things, be open to everything. If you don’t like it at least you gave it a chance, eventually you will find something you enjoy doing, and you will meet people that share that interest. It’s easy to talk to people in these settings and develop friendships, eventually u will click with a few of them and maybe 1 will end up being your best friend. But the tough reality is friends don’t just come to you, you need to be willing to put yourself out there, you can do it!!

That's why i wanna have friendship like this, have someone who'll never leave you whatever your position, really care bout each other, etc. Bcs in my experience, i think ppl just come to me when i'm in good condition, when we feel happy we said "we're besties", but when we fall down, no ones care🙂
