I was so lucky to be chosen to review the
🚨NEW Medical Mysteries Emergency Room 🚨 board game from Comeround & Tomy in exchange for my honest thoughts.
I love a good board game & what makes this even better it’s a medical mysteries board game. Who doesn’t love a good mystery?
I’m no doctor but I do like a bit of self diagnosis (with the help of google) so this game is right up my street.
🚨This game is suitable for players 14+
🚨1-4 players
🚨Each game play last for up to an hour.

🚨Tutorial Pack - sample patient
🚨4 Patient Envalops; containing, medical records, intake interview, story cards, status cards, patient form & epilogue
Tutorial
Because we had never played before we started off with the tutorial to give as an idea of how to play.
The tutorial is where you play with the guidance of nurse Judy. Giving you an idea of the steps that need to be followed.
We found the directions and they were so straight forward to follow.
One thing to note it’s best to have a pencil as you will need to note down the codes and actions you take.
On the bottom of the card it told us how many actions this takes, for example I asked 2 questions taking up 2 actions that needed to be noted down on the time sheet.
The tutorial took the 2 of us around 30 mins to complete and thankfully our patient survived!
Another piece of advice is that you need to carefully read the patients intake interview as in this game time & actions matter!
We absolutely loved playing this game & the following evening we played patient 1.
In total there are 4 patients, patient 1 being easy & 4 being very difficult!
This game of strategy is amazing & we all recommend this game as we have had so much fun I’m now calling myself a Dr 😂
I guess my self diagnosis skills (Google) is rubbing off medically.
