You should have also mentioned that even the Opposition party supports their PM in the fight against Palestine. This kind of mindset of putting nationalism above politics is why Israel has achieved its stature today. If that same sense prevails in India, then it can even become one of the veto powers in future.

You are saying that some 150 years ago documents of the collapsed ottoman as valid . And those authenticated by the collapsed Jordanian authority from the west bank -as invalid . How Kashmiri pandits 1990 exodus is relatable here Kashmiri pandits exodus was forced eviction And the Palestinian families who are currently living there they did not force those Jews around 150 years ago out from shiekh jerrah . 3. The main problem with you is that you don't know root cause of hate between Muslims and jews. It has got nothing to do with current issues. Just disregard the documents if authenticated or not. The issue there was those settlers couldnt show any documents of their houses. Israel is a nation and has the authority there. Simple question, is there any nations allowed residence to stay even they dont have documents? I guess none, there are 2 scenerios there, its either theyre illegal immigrant or theyre occupiers, any of that was illegal. The israel has the right to demolish those houses. Remember those families wasnt israeli citizen, they dont want to be, they should be deported to jordan since thats the government they belong. The british ALSO did not properly handle the Sabah issue between the Philippines and Malaysia. Sabah is owned by the Philippine's Sultanate of Sulu who leased it to the british, but when independence was granted to Malaysia, lease contract was simply ignored and Sabah was handed over to Malaysia and not to the Philippines. The improper way the british handled the leased territory of Sabah is the underlying cause of the rift between the Philippines and Malaysia. One question- Why India supported Palestine cause at UN consedring the foreign policy. What would they gain? Supporting Israel would be more fruitful if we talk in regards to foreign policy. Or govt is thinking abt fuel prices?
Cuz India has the second largest muslim population(200 million) who care more about their Ummah than India's national interests. Basically to milk muslim votebank, politicians never supported Israel, but secretly took help during wars with Pakistan, treating Israel as its mistress. Another reason was to get support of Gulf countries, but we all know how that went down, as they have never supported India on Kashmir issue. This changed under the present politicians who have completely established diplomatic relations with Israel. And since Gulf countries themselves have opened up to Israel, it doesn't make any sense to not have ties with Israel. Even Pakistan's Musharraf wanted ties with Israel, as Pakistan has nothing to do with Palestine issue, and wanted to buy Israeli defence equipments. Israeli and Pakistani envoys have met each other secretly from time to time.
1. We have a substantial number of Muslim Populations 2. We have a good amount of diaspora and economic ties with Arab Nations. 3. We already have a hostile neighbour on your back Pak. 4. We are dependent on Middle East and Arabs for energy security that is Fossil Fuels. Hopefully Israel also understand our position and we have a reasonably good relationship with them 🙏

I can’t help but wonder if the Israeli court actually have jurisdiction over this issue, keeping in mind that under international law the whole area is considered as occupied. The law of occupation clearly states that while under occupation the status of the land can’t be changed. What is your opinion on this?

The main problem with you is that you don't know root cause of hate between Muslims and jews. It has got nothing to do with current issues. The british ALSO did not properly handle the Sabah issue between the Philippines and Malaysia. Cuz India has the second largest muslim population(200 million) who care more about their Ummah than India's national interests. Basically to milk muslim votebank, politicians never supported Israel, but secretly took help during wars with Pakistan, treating Israel as its mistress. Another reason was to get support of Gulf countries, but we all know how that went down, as they have never supported India on Kashmir issue.

There might be a reason why Palestinian youths join violent organization or orchestrate violence because more than 65% of Palestinians are under 25 years.

I can’t help but wonder if the Israeli court actually have jurisdiction over this issue, keeping in mind that under international law the whole area is considered as occupied. The law of occupation clearly states that while under occupation the status of the land can’t be changed. What is your opinion on this?
