I didn't expect to like these audio focused videos this much. Adam has found a great balance between audiophile and objectivist. Man also has based music tastes.

@@tiago98bastos If they give the option to change EQ settings it would be silly to not let the person you're paying recommend settings they say are good.
I really don't like how these companies keep asking for so much money for the "flagship" products and they don't even try to make them appealing. 360$ for some "flagship" earphones without LDAC or LHDC is a joke.

have you guys considered looking at the klipsch t5 2 II's? ive bought a lot of sub $100 ear buds and got the sport editions on sale. they're one of the best ive had as an all rounder and would love see your review of it
They do seem pretty chonky compared to my Jabras. Will my plebian ears even notice a audio quality difference at 130 dollars more? Maybe not the product for my ears lol.
Just looking at the labs data I'm surprised this got a positive review with the midbass bloat and 8k peak 🙃. Just based on the graph that bass will not be clean and it should sound sibilant
Yet another absolute swing and miss. The case looks bulky and cheap and like it comes on a $20 pair from 5 years ago. The semi custom shape is a big draw for me, but thats about it. No 5.3 hurts battery life and multipoint. No LDAC is a very noticeable drop in quality. No ANC, an Airoha chipset would give it very acceptable ANC out of the box. Case doesn't even look spacious enough to give you a variety of tip options from third party There's already a pair of tws that crush these as everyday audiophile buds and costs a third as much at $110. 1more evo's. LDAC, Totally decent last-gen ANC that doesn't stumble or struggle with low, pulsing noises (even modern ANC stuff can struggle here) 2 driver 1dd+ba, a more premium looking and feeling metal case that fits in the pocket and opens properly for 1 hand use, a solid app with a variety of functions, and good EQ customization and a "my sound" feature that will dial in a custom eq for you. The Soundstage and imaging are amazing for even wired stuff at the price, they've tricked me into looking behind/to the left with a thunder Crack in a song, and the detail and technicals are outstanding. They easily compete with $100 wired iems I have, and they also have ANC and wireless LDAC +aptx. I'd like to see another IEM maker actually challenge the status quo giants like 1more does, with the important basics like ANC, LDAC, at least a basic app for firmware and EQ and ANC controls, and then use that to do some cool stuff with case/shell design, and drivers. There's a neckband set by Ausound called the "flex" that's pretty old but has modest ANC and LDAC, and a wild driver setup of a dynamic and 6mm micro-planar-magnetic. It sounds amazing and I'd love to get that setup in a TWS.
Their curve is essentially the Harman curve, but for the 5128. Their measurment rig is newer than the 45CA that was used by Harman, and the normal Harman target isn't compatible with it
I was super interested until you said the price and then I screamed. This is still not obtainable for very many people when just talking about ear buds. Not justifiable unless you're an audiophile I guess
Wireless iems are already a hard pass. $360 for something you'll replace every 1-2 years is also a no. Noble pushes more of a status/brand thing rather than the best audio for your money. They really want to be the Apple of iems. Too bad for them that the iem market is flooded with options. As for the target... I disagree with that. The most enjoyed 'target' by most is a V or Harman curve. It's why the Meze 109 is extremely popular. Meanwhile, your target looks much closer to neutral, which most people do not enjoy. The two biggest wired iems most people recommend around $200 are the Timeless and the Ikko OH10. While the sub $100 range is often the T3 plus or the QKZ HBB. None of them are neutral. In fact most are warm to very warm V shaped tuning. As for the double flanges, while a nice addition, it's well known in the audio community that the tips can change the frequency response on the buds. It's why people are recommended to try different tips. At this price point I would have expected to see a filter swaps included as well but this is Noble and they are wireless so I'm not sure why I'm surprised. The bar is pretty low for wireless iems.
funny, I've tried natural and it's awful - no bass how the hell could anyone enjoy that (ill never get it if you do). I want iems with bass, but hear able mids and no piercing highs, haha have ES4s and it's all bass and that's it. cheers
