In these situations, to get to the next level, your focus and your commitment will separate you from the rest not your talent. It what will help you as well, is not getting caught up in all the luxuries that come with you elevating. Remember, the same spoils you earned can also distract you and be a detriment to you.

Chane was a great player during his time at UofL. Far better than anybody they had on the team last year. The most I remember getting upset at him back on those UL teams was that he would miss a dunk or two from time to time. I think because of Montrezl's NBA success, it makes him seem far better now than Chane, but back then people were hoping that Montrezl could do the things Chane was doing for that team. There's a lot of guys UL doesn't win that 2013 title without, Chane being one of them. Had a lot of distractions coming in and while he was at UL, Being from the area I always heard he ended up knocking up a couple 18 yr old seniors from Butler High school but that's all rumored

It amazes me how he can p=still play in the TBT tournament and look good when he hasn’t touched a ball in a couple of years and weighed 284 at one point. People forget that he started over Montrezl Harrell at one point.
