Bon tradition hasn't been destroyed as compared to abrahmic ideology dominated region. Tulku system is the extreme part of reincarnation system. Tulku system must be looked into but rinpoche reincarnation is very crucial as through these lineage system , pure nectar of Dhamma has reached all the way up to now.
In the past, in bollywood, youths from other communities come into movie industry and become stars. Today, only the children of the movie personnel get a chance to try. Our trulku system...same to same

do you know how pure nectar of Dharma is transmitted? From a teacher to student. That student grows old, he passes on to his own disciples. Among his disciples few become teachers and they pass on to thier own students. There is no need for Trulku. Sakya tradition have no trulkus. Our Je khenpos are not Trulkus. But the transmissions have survived.
As a Tibetan and an ardent Follower of Buddha Dharma i must say Tulkus are important but not necessary. We now i live in a age where Dharma is easily accessible to everyone.

It's Our Culture & We Follow It.. Its Not Something To Make Fun Of.. Buddhists believe in reincarnation..Its Depends On Oneself, his behaviour, character, personality and study To Be Tulku or Not.
@@mongol4252 Buddhadharma has always been deeply related with the culture in which it arose and in which it later entered. That's why it was so successful in taking roots and blend with the local costums.
Don’t ever try to blame tulku system in our Tibetan Buddhism ok…pinpoint them if someone like yourself claimed to be high tulku and doing everything and criticising whole system too….first boycott your title of tulku then teach to those hypes people ok….
