Residents of Jaypee Wishtown are facing various problems nowadays.
On the other hand, Jaypee is happily extorting money from their pockets.
Hi everyone, I am Kanishk Tyagi -a full-time traveller and blogger. When I am not travelling I am organizing corporate training and team building activities. Life keeps us all holed up in cities, mundane routines and oscillatory lives have become synonymous with success. Whenever I receive a paycheck, I allot a major chunk of it for my next vacation, it is like a travelling fund that should never run dry. I have travelled across 10 countries and in almost every state in India. From freezing Ladakh in January to Sand Dunes of Jaisalmer, from the architecture of Prague to pristine blue water in the Maldives; I have captured every moment of my travel vividly. Through this blog, I wish to share my experiences with all of Uu, so when you plan your next visit you know what you are up to. Of all the addictions that exist in this world, travelling is probably the most irresistible. It touches your heart, captures ur mind and enters ur soul.

Atleast aapko Ghar to Mila. Hamara abhi bhi nahi bana hai. 72c kosmos. Jaypee is proper builder mafia. Aur Milne baad bhi we have to go through all this..really pathetic.
There are other points also like they charge plumbing and electrician charges which is Rs150 every time you call them for repair inside ur house. This amount is over and above the maintenance charge.
Ideally, we are paying approx 6000-7000 monthly for maintenance which very high comparing to other societies.
Good information...Can't believe that Jaypee has cheated homebuyers at every level. I don't live in Jaypee and neither has purchased any flat but can feel the pain of people staying there and who have invested their hard earned money. Really shameful how pathetic these developers are and they use every opportunity to cheat homebuyers.
Yes actually this Jaypee infra is built in Maharashtra,Thane,Mira road they gave the house after 5 years 😑😑
How are things on all these issues? Video is from 2021, so wondering if things improved by april 2023? Some details on this will be helpful.

It's a nightmare society for current owners and prospective investors.
Jaypee greed has no bound, they charge addition Rs 250-500 fee for NOC, club, parking etc again every time any apartment is sold in the project. There is a separate transfer charge to Yamuna authority. Together, there is almost 10% extra charges which are not applicable in other societies/ cities.
Jaypee diversified and launched very big township with various proposed facilities to be provided there .But people realised later that it was too big a project for Jaypee and thus it failed in its promises and what ever was constructed and handed over with delay then every thing offered or made available with extra cost monthly yearly in formo of maintenance and other charges. When found that they cant complete promised flats / facilities so started selling land parcels to others and thus greviance of those who put in money is genuine .

Prepaid electricity is must, else people will not pay their electricity dues...if you don't pay , why want electricity....
Apart from electricity rest all are practical issues...

@@Traveloguerkanishk ok, is it true that rent has shot up there? I heard it was around 19k for 2bhk including maintenance but now dealers are saying 24-25k per month.

Bhai jitna amount aap log maintenance, insurance, electricity etc me de rhe ho, itna to ek flat ka pura monthly rent hota hai. Fir khud ka ghar khareedne ka fayda kya, jab aap ek renter ki tarah hi kharcha karke reh rhe ho. Unchi dukaan feeka pakwan.
