Peter you gotta do one of these! I don’t know why these videos are so intriguing but I love humidor tours, a lot of people do actually. I think everybody in the cigar community would want to see what the cigar collective has 😂
Nice video brother, definitely one for the cigar geeks. The only hobby/past time in the universe where you collect, hunt down, admire, drool over, then burn them!!!!
Using command strips to attach bovedas to the inside of the door… GENIUS! I totally stole that idea, now have more room in my drawers! I have the same Needone with all drawers too. You should use the useless trays to organize your accessory shelves! Thanks for the video Sigamando👍
Great collection and tour. I think I'm going to steal your idea of mounting bovedas directly to the front glass. Currently I'm just sort of jamming them behind the shelves, but this somewhat impedes the airflow and only works on the bottom of the humidor. I guess there's no reason to worry about obstructing the view through the glass because you can't really see through it anyways, and even if you could it would just be drawers... and of course the light doesn't really do anything door opened or closed :)
Not a bad littel collection you have there man nice stuff. I am 35 and have been collecting mostly since 2016 and have about 800-900 cigars currently (about 50/50 cuban to non-cuban). I saw the writing on the wall back in 2016 and became obsessed with purchasing ciars. After the insane price raises over the last few years my collection quickly grew to a near 6 figure value (in Canada). I now keep it to about 3-4 boxes a year but I was still able to pick up a couple boxes of cubans, a box of opus x, and a box of davidoff 2023 limited editions along with a ton of singles. Because I live in Canada and half our year is so cold, my collection continues to grow significantly faster than what I am smoking but I try to spread the wealth by sharing with friends whenevre the chance arises. Cheers!
Sounds like an amazing collection! This is what I’d like to do as well. Just buy a few boxes a year and have a good mix of daily cigars and very special ones.
I see you are a aficionado of the leaf. I am a 2 year pipe smoker and was only smoking cigarillos up to 6 months ago. Then smoked a Hemingway short story, and then hooked. I just bought a humidor to hold my purchases. I just wish that cigars were sealed for aging like pipe tobacco, comes in a tin and put it in a cool dark place, and done for 2,5,10 years later, presto! 😂 I buy a lot of cigars off bidding places and hope I can get at a discount price. Thanks for the tour!
@17:00 bro, the cigar companies make it as F'N difficult as possible for you to know exactly what stick it is lol. You'd think they would at least put the exact vitola on the band or something. Great video and collection. Love the channel brother.
My man! The UP is really something special, more like majestic. Im from Detroit originally but never traveled up there until the past few years. Love it and have explored it many times now.
Collection looks amazing 👌🏽 subbed so I’ll be looking forward to more of your content 👍🏽🌬️💨 EP Carrillo pledge prequel. Still one the best cigars I’ve had 👌🏽

So far enjoying your vid man. It’s helping me get through this covid while I can’t smoke rght now so I appreciate the long form content. We got similar taste and style forsure. Question: where did you get your torch pistol? I need one now haha
Man great collection video.. amazon basin my fsvorote stick.. rare pink amazing label.. i thought the stick was boring though. Great video and collection.. you ever pair with coffee or whiskey?
Jist got a Needone heating/vooling version. I also found the temps and humidity all.over the place especially towards the bottom. Even thought about returning it. Do you think that fan will hp things. If so what is the fan your using if you wouldnt mind.
It’s a Noctua 40mm fan. The fan made a huge difference but only because it was stuffed. Before the drawers and maxing out the capacity, it was stable without the extra fan.
Hey brother, it was a great and very tasty cigar. Everything about it felt premium. However, I remember being short on time or just too tired to smoke it and so I rushed the cigar and didn’t get to enjoy it properly.
Hi everyone. I am kind of new to cigars. Can someone please explain to me the point of having a full fledged Humidor with humidity and ventilation system but then leave the Cigars in their Cellophane wrappers? this doesn't make any sense to me at first glance.
For sure! Cello is great to protect cigars and its porous/breathable. Check my video on box vs cello vs tubos here ruclips.net/video/VVlGwndBR2I/видео.htmlsi=Nlkhpm2MKPO8w61r
@@sigmanado Just watched that , thank you. I will get a small jar and test 62% ph there to compare. I currently use %72 and it is around 69 in the box.
Let’s get this video over 100 likes and I will upload Part 2!! 🔥

Nailed it! Very well said
Nailed it !!!!!!!! 😂
Just so true.
I’m hunting everyday! Adding to my humidor almost everyday.
I use an air purifier with a hepa filter when I smoke inside. It does help with the smell. Within an hour of finishing the cigar you can't smell it.
Okay this sounds like something I need to try

That was my exact process. I had them on the back but it restricted airflow too much. And there isn't much of a display from the outside.

Where do you order your opus x from? And rare pinks? Everywhere has them out of stock all the time
Man great collection video.. amazon basin my fsvorote stick.. rare pink amazing label.. i thought the stick was boring though. Great video and collection.. you ever pair with coffee or whiskey?
I almost always pair with coffee/espresso. Thanks 🙏
Beautiful set up! Can you tell us where you got the gold leaf tray from?
Picked it up here on Amazon amzn.to/46KT0fC
Great set up. How are you mounting the large Boveda packs on the glass door?
3M commando strips 👍
Cigar Aficionado magazine recommends that you should remove the cellophane wrapper. It interferes with the humidification process of the cigars.
False. Cellophane is breathable and is perfectly fine to keep your cigars in
Does your unit cool to the temp on display? I think on mine I have to set it to about 60 to get 69 degrees?
great job....

@@PiperDad no actually they sell one with a usb cord
Great collection
A man of culture haha thanks!
How did you get the boveda 320 mounted to the door?
Where do you get your opus x from here in the US? I been trying to find some.
Pretty much local cigar shops. But they’re seasonal so ask your lounge when they expect to get more
@@sigmanado got it ill make sure to check my local lounge and ask them. Thanks!!!! Keep up the great work. Im always looking forward for your videos.
@@Mr_Pita911 Will do! Glad you’re enjoying the videos thanks 🙌
What fan did you use in the bottom?
Nice humitour.
What did you use for an extra internal fan??? I’ve been looking to do the same thing with my needone
It’s a Noctua 40mm fan with a usb connector 👍
I have a similar humidor. Where did you get the drawers/shelves? My cigars roll off every time I open my humidor. Thanks
The same company sells the drawers desperately.
which company is that? Thanks@@sigmanado

Fantastic collection! How long do you recommend letting the OpusX rest for?
I would say 6 months at least. The longer the better though to let those flavors mellow down some. Thanks for watching!
Nice!
Where did you get that Camacho cutter at?
Given to me by my cigar lounge
@@sigmanado thanks for the reply. That’s a really nice cutter. Had to step up my troubadour game. Thanks to you thanks for the links on Amazon.

You're not in WI are you?
No I’m not
Where can I get a humidor like that?
This is the model I use amzn.to/46rmOxY
@@sigmanado thank you for the information. I see it also has a temperature control function as well. It gets pretty hot here in Alabama.
Oh yeah, this thing keeps temps locked in 24/7, love it.

why 62?
Short answer: they smoke better. Check my previous videos on storage 👌

I would say 62 to smoke, 69 to age, depends on how long do you wanna keep the cigar.
can you imagine you pull that lighter out and you get shot? dont do it in public
