What does the master course cost? I checked on the website but didn’t see a price or are an area to buy. I will definitely be appealing my property tax this year and buying your book too! I bought a fixer upper in 2022 and the tax value has went up almost 20% from 2023 (289K) to 2024 (348K). This is crazy! I haven’t even done any renovations! It is all original from 2005.

The master course is being created now as we speak. I am unfortunately behind on this course because of unexpected things that happened with my family. What will probably happen is I will release a pre-release or beta version at a discounted price then increase the price as it gets completed. Part of the master course is I will provide support to my students directly. The details are still being worked out & will be announced. If you want to send me your email, I will make sure you are notified.

What if you bought in late 2023 and just received you 2024 real assessment and the previous real market value is listed as 874,010 and the current year fair market value is listed as 740,000 (purchase price)? Should you still appeal and try to freeze for 3 years? How much lower do you go on the Owner's Value Assertion? The house did need various repairs, etc.. TIA!

I don't deal with new purchases that much. I am unclear on what the rules are. I've heard different things but I haven't verified. It sounds like you bought it at a price UNDER the what the assessment stated. If that is the case, I would go after the $740K. IMO, if you are ever in doubt, appeal to preserve your right and use a lower number.
