- Ok, so maybe this episode is more like 10 Min Phys. My bad, I got excited. Here we quickly discuss whether or not using things like straps, braces, bands, or using momentum, bouncing, or swinging when you're lifting is "cheating". Could you do a video on balancing muscle gain and performance while Intermitent fasting (or just time restricted feeding).
you say there is no bad exercises, what do you think about the barbell upright row, presses behind the neck, leg extensions, personality I don't do these exercises anymore especially upright row put your shoulder in a very bad place, very unpleasant for your shoulders, when elbows are higher than shoulders you are in deep trouble i think. I would like have your opinions about these exercises, thank you
