I like that you keep it real. Too many reselling channels are just highlight reels of the successes they have and sometimes borderline toxic positivity. I can see why AI said the channel is negative, it's probably only looking at the title of the videos/lives and your last handful of titles of your livestreams have been negative.

Yea I do it successfully in Virginia but even my city is not the norm for most people in the US and my city is definitely nothing like your thrift store. If you have good thrift stores in your immediate area it can be a good full time job, if the good thrift stores are an hour away, you can probably do better getting a job, if they’re more than an hour away, try a different side hustle or get a different job.
Also just tell people they will NET roughly 1/3 of what their eBay dashboard says they made for the year. That wasn’t related to your vids as much as other RUclipsrs “200k in sales in 1 year” type of titles, but fingers are forcing me to type this here, bless them. Alright here I go to source (because I live 10 mins away from a good thrift store, which makes this side hustle worth it)
@@remycalypso6177 if done correctly and patiently you can net much much more then 33%. You should be over 50% with the traditional garage sale, thrift store model.

How possible do you think it is to make $30,000-$40,000 if doing part-time. I work a day job, and can list about 5 items a day.
That is going to be a tough goal to meet. Assuming 5 listings a day and you sell all five items everyday you would need an average profit of 16.44 cents per sale to clear 30k per year. It is mathematically possible. Good luck and I hope you get a ton of sales.
If you're talking gross income, it's definitely doable, but it depends on the sales price of those 5 items. If you're only selling 5 CD's or DVD's a day, it'll be difficult, but if you're selling items with higher average sales price, it's possible.
Where do you all buy your poly bags? And what sizes do you usually keep on hand? I’m looking to get started and am pricing stuff out but the poly bags I priced out seemed high but when I dug in further their were more options like thickness and I don’t want to waste money buying something cheap that will fall apart and get returned. But I don’t want to overpay or buy too much quality for what I need.

You’re young and will grow to see that people are unpredictable and you’ll need to be careful. Let me blunt you find out who your friends are when hit with serious illness or extreme struggles.
Asking people to hold themselves accountable for their outcomes is not too brash. find high sell-through items and they will sell. Find better items for a better outcome.

I've unsubscribed from several popular resller channels that talk about their trips to the bathroom throughout the whole podcast/video. It's refreshing to actaully learn and not have the subject keep turning to middle school boy talk. I said what I said lol

I completely disagree with the statement of "become so negative" U have not seen negative, u are not one of those utubers that bite back if you give a comment that do not set well with them even when they ask for viewers opinions -yeah what is up with that- u are telling things with the most honest sentiment, u make the videos realistic..still u never did the video for how to connect the vhs to smart tv...and lastly U R HUMAN!!!! do not forget that part. ANd please do not change who u are, and never stop teaching us how it is done... one can not be smiles and cheer and cheer day in and day out...that is not realistic... Keep going!!!

The free boxes are Priority Mail. For Ground Advantage, which I assume are what he ships predominantly, there are no free USPS boxes.

I have been a fulltime reseller for 2 years now some good quarters some bad, and your channel has been a daily listen. But please stop mentioning your church and teachers etc from your faith. This is all about making money. That being said I have noticed a negative tone to your videos. What I liked most about you was that you were always positive, go with that. We all know where we are messing up and what we are not doing to be successful.

Don't get me wrong, coming from a religious background, I know that asking a genuine God-fearing man to omit faith from his channel, is just about the dumbest thing you could ask...
