Kamal Dev is the founder of Nirman IAS. He did Post Graduation from DU and qualified in Civil Service three times, along with this he cleared State PCS with Optional Subjects, History, and Philosophy. But before this he failed SSB 8 times in the last stage every time, then he thought of doing UPSC preparation and chose Mathematics and History as his Optional Subjects. Finally, he along with some of his friends started Nirman IAS. And since then they have been helping the Aspirants to do UPSC preparation and have been making many Civil Services students IAS, and IPS.
