Welcome my channel! If this is your first time seeing my face or hearing my voice, my name is Lee and I am a self aware narcissist. I have narcissistic personality disorder ( NPD ) and I've been in therapy for my personality disorder since 2017 and it has definitely changed my life because without it, I would have lost everything.
The point of these videos is to help bring awareness from the other side of the narcissistic *buse spectrum. All my videos give perspective on why many narcissists do what they do and the possible different reasons behind them. The victims and survivors get validation and the Narcissists (those that are willing) get to see that you can get help and that you are not alone.

The lack of memory made me think the ex narc was having cognitive issues. I didn't realize why he could never remember anything terrible that he had said or done until I dumped him. I didn't realize he was a full on narc. All I knew was that I didn't need that kind of nonsense in my life.

One recognize after a while, the way they act and talk, the pattern is the same. They need to feed of some emotions , good or bad.
I used to tell him I wouldn't participate in the argument he was trying to create... Always given the silent treatment afterwards. The silence was actually worth not getting sucked into the argument !
They also do that to have something up their sleeve to cheat

My ex narc ALWAYS would say I don’t like to fight and argue but quick to create chaos. I asked him today why did he call our daughter just to tell her he wasn’t getting her anything for Christmas because she chose to be homeschooled? I asked him why was he creating chaos in my home. Of course he tried to play victim like he doesn’t know what I’m talking about. By him telling her that, I guess that gave him the control he desired.

The ex used to literally poke poke poke until I got frustrated to the point of tears then would sit around with a goofy ssa smile on his face

Hi Lee, I’ve been watching you for a while and just found out the person I was talking to and planning a future with has a wife. I’ve known him for 15 years and we dated when we were 13-23 and he was a compulsive liar then. Since we are now nearly 28 and have been separated for YEARS. I thought we had both grown and changed only for him to call me this morning and tell me he’s been lying to me and has a wife. He got married in March and we’ve been talking daily for the last 2 years and I had no clue he was even married.
So sorry to hear that... So he was living a double life all this time. Lying to you and the wife... Smh

He would 'diagnose' me with all sorts of issues and make out that all the problems in our relationship were COMPLETELY my fault... and then tell me to go away and do 'homework'... he even told me what I needed to do... 😵💫
Those people are like mothers - they always try to tell you what to do. But we always are like children and say NO - isn´t it. (At least I always was and am that way).
That's why I'm spending holidays alone away from my toxic family. 🎉

My sister I haven't seen for 7 years came back to stay with my parents after divorcing her husband after spending 10 years in NZ the other side of the planet. The whole time she was complaining to me about her husband. Now she's come back to the Uk, she's been going to my parents & brother & his partner complaining about me, showing them emails I sent her 6 years ago for no reason. My family are all narcissistic so they've all lapped it up. She's just done a masters in psychology as well. Just total attention seeking drama. I've just realised she's bought into the whole game my mother's been playing for the last 50 years of my life. It's always my fault, everything's my fault & I'm the one who needs to see the therapist & be corrected & change. Nobody's even told me what emails I'm supposed to have sent her or seen or listened to my side of the story. So I've just told them I'm not going for Xmas & if they want change they can "be the change they want to see" & lead by example & if my sister wants to see me face to face for a conversation in real life one day when she's ready to make peace when she's feeling calm enough I'm here. She's just made a total drama out of nothing, just because I sent her email telling her I found her annoying sometimes 6 years ago. My narc ex likewise has fabricated an entire drama in his mind I need to be punished because of an imaginary crime he believes I falsely accused him of, when we split up 3 years ago. I've worked out the only problem I've got in my life is narcissistic abuse syndrome & needing to set clear boundaries, so their BS doesn't get to me, then I'm 100% fine!
Out of nowhere and for no reason my ex emailed me today with a screenshot of a Facebook profile of some guy I don't even know, accusing me of having a relationship with this stranger and calling me a whore lol

I go through this on a regular basis, he will make up lies about me saying I’m cheating, I’m talking to other people I am being sneaky he so crazy that he think I’m messing with the neighbors, the men on the bus at my job anywhere there is a man I know them some how in his mind .i have never done none of the things he accuses me of but he has cheated through out our relationship and he brought a child in the relationship but I’m always the evil one

Facts, my ex got bored he flat my tires on my cars & broke the wing on my porsche by hitting it multiple times. I asked him several times if he did something to my cars. He looked at me with a straight face & said no. I sent him the video I had of him messing with my vehicles. I had a camera pointed to my cars. If he knew I had a camera, I would have never caught him. My ex got so mad and fuss me out. He said, why you got cameras on your cars your not all that to have cameras on your cars. I have expensive foreign cars. I purchased them with no damage all of a sudden I was getting dents, straches & flat tires, so I placed cameras outside my house. He would say things like when the last time your drove your porsche or did you notice your tires look flat. The whole time, he was the one messing with my cars. Ladies & Gentlemen believe people when they show you who they are.... Don't ignore any Red flags .... RUN I told him to never contact me again or I will send the police the videos...

In those season I miss the Christmas tree plumbing drama. No hole no more in the Christmas tree. And for sure I miss the cleaning dramas. I can tell you those people are really something.

He started so much chaos I don't even know who he really was. Maybe he did that so I didn't see who he really was cause he didn't want me to. He did warn me he was a bad influence and that he was crazy where i didn't wanna know what was happening in his head and compared it to movies. I dunno if he was a good guy cause at the same time he did predatory things. He had two sides. Also never took his psychiatric medications for ADHD which was a factor too with alcohol and tree use. I had no idea how to talk to him after awhile cause he was seeing and talking to multiple people. Including a married woman who he was a side piece too and always cried about her ex. Just proved to me he was incredibly insecure. He needed to be exposed so other women knew which is different from smear campaign. I always debated telling his current supply about his red flags but they deserve each other so I won't lmao I would never emotionally cheat on my husband but she did with him while he was getting multiple supplies. Let them enjoy their chaos together 😂

I'm married to one for 14 years with two kids that just turned 9 and 5 and he made me do a reverse discard and immediately moved in with his mistress co-worker and her two kids so my holidays are ruined and me and my kids need prayers it has been a lot of stress😢😢😢
