Perfect timing! I just picked up a foil Alpha Seer (because I like the art) and have no idea how to even play. :D Hope to learn at the Sorcery Spring Social in Baltimore next month. This deck tech will come in handy! Thanks.
@@toasToaTs Hey there! Yeah, I'm in a few of the discord servers as MesyComics. I did go to the social and learned to play there. I also found a store called Stevenson Games in Pikesville, MD that has a small group of players. Might be to far if you are in VA.
Good Seer deck here. Agree with your use of Stormy Seas since you already have plenty of single removal. I think Cave-In would be used more often if not overshadowed by Earthquake, heh. Adept Illusionist and Tufted Turtles might be worth exploring for variation or side-board material as they work well with manuscript. Have you tried them with this deck? Dream-Quest might also be worth a thought. Not just for the tutor but also maybe for having the ability to shuffle and reset the top/bottom card.? Also, think something like fade might be worth exploring? Was having a thought of restealthing a phase assassin that just got in free damage or fading a vamp you just grappled/attacked with on your opponent's side. Protecting your board state while also having cantrips might be valuable with the Seer's ability and controlling the deck more? Good videos and tech, keep it up!
Thanks! I really appreciate that! Also, excellent viewpoints! I did try Turtles and Dream Quest in test-playing and I didn't like them in this list. I think Turtles, Dream Quest, Blink, and Fade are all great cards but they would be better for a more slower paced control deck. Only because those cards don't apply that much pressure on the opponent and they often require other cards to work with them. I wanted this deck to be as aggressive as it could be while controlling it's draws and the board. The minions I selected are just right for this fast pace control deck. Each one serves multiple purposes as well as applying pressure. But you never know, those other cards might work better for you and I highly recommend giving them a try! 🙂Hope this helps! Thank you for the support! 🙏
I can't rely on my ability to use Chaos Twister, do you find it's easy enough to use? What you recommend putting in place of that? Also is the 41 cards intentional? You have 21 listed but only have 20 as your count.
Totally understandable. It took me a whole week of practice to execute Chaos Twister properly. I would recommend Pollimorph, Drown, Silence, Captain Baldassare, Sea Raiders, Blink, or even Grandmaster wizard. Hope this helps! 🙂
Interestingly, there's a lot of crossover from this deck to the Elemental Throne deck. My Throne deck I built a few months ago was actually a Seer deck. Like minds...

NICE! You'll definitely have fun with this one! Best of luck! 😁
Hey Matt, you're in the NOVA area? Are you in the discord group?

Tha manuscript combos very nice with the frog generation cards like frog infestation (instant draw 7 cards) and the site too.
@@hadesbox absolutely! Thats the main reason why I added it in lol. 🐸 It's really nice when I can also use Seer to control whats on top of the deck.
