Usually when the cast introduces themself they would often say it like [their name] [the cast of (character's name)]. Sometimes the character's name can come first but it's basically the same sentence structure, just switched places. Conclusion, Mizuki's VA actually said "I'm Satou Hinata, the cast of Asahina Mafuyu" so she actually got it right. But I understand that they're talking at a fast pace so maybe the subtitle was intended to keep it short to catch on.
