I just thought of a challange You HAVE to place 1 of every ant and termite in order from the very top to bottom, you can upgrade anything in any order. If it's too much then you don't have to do it
My idea would be, that the AI tried to "match" your power and maybe didn't take the termites into calculation and since you "didn't place" anything it didn't start either
@@FrazzzYT I believe you can upgrade your units. Make them stronger. It costs as much as a new tile, but makes the unit more powerful with every upgrade.

the reason why the enemy colony doesent build any tiles in the start is because it will save for something expensive

The AI is much funnier with the higher difficulty. I had an 1 hour 20m game last week. Was amazing
If the Ai went for more bigger ants you might have had a bigger problem
