It's not wise to say block it out simply by blocking it out. To any depressive patient, the thoughts can pierce through the deep veins of your sub-conscience naturally w/o you ever trying to give it any room for growth. A lot of people implode because they suppress surfacing with their innermost feelings to a point they have become afraid of having real feelings again. This often leads to voided relationships, the fear of closure, commitment because they demand a significant amount of emotional investment. Malvika didi is very right about how you must deal with mental health with a greater degree of sensitivity and how she deals through therapy. Overall, this conversation is very necessary for Nepal. Thank you to both for surfacing this significant issue.

Sanjay, you have to adjust your guests’ mike. I have to crank up the volume to hear them and when you speak it is too loud so I have to crank it down. This happens with all your podcasts.

Glad to hear that the Bhagwad Gita helped you. I also recommend people to study it.

In this program, I don’t understand if I am watching a celebrity’s interview or this guy, the interviewer. It would be best if you let others that you bring to the show talk more. You keep interrupting them, which is so annoying.
