Just got a Ninja V and knowing I needed info on understanding and using false colour, Harv was the first video I looked up. My fledgling filmmaking career thanks you 🙏
I learn so much from your channel, thank you , I shoot real estate and have been advised to use cinetone for quicker turn over , I see other guys getting beautiful footage with it, I’m struggling to get it right along with the white balance for different rooms ,
I've used it on my Blackmagic Pocket Camera. I really wish Sony would implement it on the FX3 though. I do not want to use an external monitor just for this. Yes, it's far easier than waveforms or zebras since you can see how the exposure maps across the picture directly.

very informative
Question for you. If I’m using slog3 am I still over exposing 1.3+ - 1.7+?? I get my monitor tomorrow. Please help. Thank you.
I’d advise not using that meter to expose your video! Here’s why - ruclips.net/video/1xCzxlfZ5yQ/видео.html
Very handy , But the Arri / Atomos etc scales are not intuitive IMHO , Small HD by far the best implementation
I would tend to agree 👍🏻
I use false color, sparingly. I prefer true color.
