He reveals the deep and secret things, Vs 22
Deut, 29:29, The secret things belong unto the LORD our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.
Ps 25:14, The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
Vs 2:30
Amos 3:7, Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets
Numbers 12:6, And he said, Hear now my words: If there be a prophet among you, I the LORD will make myself known unto him in a vision, and will speak unto him in a dream.
The interpretations belong to God, vs 27-30
Gen 40:8, … And Joseph said unto them, Do not interpretations belong to God?...
Part of the process God may use to help you understand what He is trying to tell you.
Job 33:14-17, For God speaketh once, yea twice, yet man perceiveth it not. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falleth upon men, in slumberings upon the bed: Then he openeth the ears of men, and sealeth their instruction, that he may withdraw man from his purpose, and hide pride from man.
Dreams are not what we are to rely on to guide our lives, but to aid when God sees we are struggling to understand
Eccs 5:7, For in the multitude of dreams and many words there are also divers vanities: but fear thou God.
Spoiler: the dream will be an overview of the kingdoms that will rule over this world.
We have a more sure word of prophecy…(2 Pet 1:19)

2 Pet 1:20, knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. (scripture must be interpreted with scripture and facts - prophecy is very difficult to know when it is being fulfilled until after the fact)
Jer 33:3, Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.
Dreams from God will always align with scripture, not additional “revelation”
If it does not, (Deut 13:3, Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul.)
