What bitrate do you think I should use, I'm on 50 rn and also for motion blue and optical flow I have no idea how to add those I just use premiere pro to edit boring parts out (start and end) if those are too long and then export it so my uploads actually have some audible music (if I just upload it straight from the recording the music is like very quiet)

change your bitrate to a higher point and add motion blur with optical flow to make it smooth
