No uncompensated hoga because PaCO2 normal hai and HCO3 abnormal agr koi ek abnormal hota hai to uncompensated hota hai and agr dono abnormal ho to compensated hota hai and depending on ph its partial or fully compensated

Mam apne woh CO2+H20= h+ +h2co3- equation mein bataya tha jitne Jada CO2 increase hoga utna Jada ph increase hoga....par respiratory acidosis mein paco2 increase ho raha hai tab ph kiu fall kar raha hai??
