I knew a man who was a waiter for 30 years at the same historical restaurant in Seattle. He worked most of those years at minimum wage. No wife and no kids, and not even a high school diploma. I fully agree. I invested $250k in stocks through my advisor, and now I have over $40 million in profit. I used those profits to buy properties, and they are bringing in great income. That just goes to prove how important it is to really put your money into things that will grow in time. It's literally like I'm living out things written at the beginning of his book, "Guide to investing.

Put away 1 year of expenses, keep it in a high yield savings account. Once you do this, take the same amount you were putting away and throw it at the market every 15 days or weekly, make sure you have some breathing room too ( guilt free spending money) because you need to treat yourself too sometimes.
That is me, I'm 50 years old work as a nurse practitioner (contract) which gives me freedom to come and go as I please. I have a nice savings for "rainy day" plus my stocks which I don't touch and purchased 2 short term rentals BUT I travel the world all over Asia, Europe and Africa. My financial advisor gets mad sometimes and say "you spent $10,000 to travel for 3 months while not working" You damn skippy because I can't that money with me and at 50 and healthy Im enjoying my life God bless me with

Great video man! I love the story at the beginning. It reminds me of similar example scenarios I came across while reading a book called The Millionaire Next Door. The book talks about a lot of the stuff you mentioned in this video, particularly the fact that knowledge without the right action or mindset is useless. There are tons of people who are well-educated and earn high incomes, but have little to no net worth because they don't save/invest anywhere near what they spend. Then you have low-income earners with little education who end up becoming multi-millionaires. It's all about having the right mindset, being proactive, and putting forth consistent effort!

If they can’t control the behavior of the mind they will always be in a poverty mindset… that’s the thoughts from another through there career age/ change they decided to move by choice by building wealth by investing in stocks was the goal she wanted to hit cuz she had to leave something behind for her family even unknowingly the family had no clue on her intentions for her generation in the family. The banker dude from Wall Street had the knowledge from investing by the the same task but dude had poor behavior on how he treated his money, always have a plan & execute by any means necessary.
