I love how they summarized the entire show in less than 3 mins 30 seconds -- Ann Crumb played Rose flawlessly, my favorite part of the show, right behind Kevin Colson, and of course Michael
Oh Michael Ball, bestill my heart. (Especially 1990's Michael Ball.)
I love how Rose is just like “I must meet Alex” and then “Alex, I must meet George” and then like “George, I must meet an Italian Lady” and then just like “get away from me with that gun Alex!”
I’m naming my next pet Rose.
RIP Ann Crumb. How very sad to learn she has passed from ovarian cancer.
Ball's voice is like the fuzz on the outside of a peach: soft, caressing and so so succulent.
OMG this is something Michael soooooo cute ❤️💋 & young 😍👌
Right that's it I need to see this musical
Wow that was amazing and i was only 5 years old when they did this at the Tony awards and i was only 4 when this lovely song made Michael ball famous
A truly underrated musical.
They had to have Michael do that at the Tonies he is the only one who can reach the top note of that song brilliant Michael Wonder if his Cathy was in the audience ❤️❤️
BRAVO....
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
well said!
Please support musical theater and the musical genius of Andre Lloyd Webber!
I feel like I don't have to see it now. Looks like they acted out the whole thing!
Aspects of Love has one of Andrew’s most gorgeous scores, but the book ( both book of the show and original novella) are a complete mess. But it is still underrated.
Interestingly, Ball hits a high B flat at the end, and the high note he sings at the end of the show is an Ab. He never has a big high Bb in the show like this.
Sia's uncle singing here. Kinda cool haha.
I only just recently found that out!
Loved this show - I saw it in London with Sarah Brightman and Michael Praed
I saw this is London, too. During dress week. Michael Ball is absolutely amazing. 😍
@@debbabe2254 Would have loved to see Michael in this.
But also glad I went when I did as I became a huge fan of Sarah’s as a result 😍
sorry prefer this when Michael Ball sings it on his own
My God, what a truly sappy tune.
I feel sorry for your wife.
I feel sorry for your ears!
Wow...that moment with the gun really ruined this whole performance for me. I've always loved this song and Michael Ball is great, and I was just thinking how sexy he was in this, and then he pulled a gun on his lover. Men murder their girlfriends all the time in this country and it was shocking to me that that was just a two-second moment that we were then supposed to skate past and get back into the fluff of the song. Hopefully today with better awareness of intimate partner violence it would be staged differently.
He pulls a gun out in the actual full-length show. They were summarising the show in this performance.
TheQuixotess you’re an idiot. This is part of the show.
@@DeepScreenAnalysis They 're not an idiot. It must be worrying for somebody who hasn't seen the show before.
You'll be relieved to know that the housekeeper whacked his arm with a hammer to disarm him and he was sent home in disgrace.. But it does look disturbing the way it's staged.
Raking a show across the coals because its decades old subject matter doesn't accord with contemporary beliefs is a recipe for disaster..... or at the very least, grave disappointment.
Sorry, folks, but that isn't sublime Sarah Brightman.
